Seems a lot of you guys get sick strength gains after a few days or a week of fina..well I'm entering week 3 and my lifts still haven't gone up dramatically. Is this normal? I'm on 75mg eod along with 50mg winny ed and 250mg test every six days.
I lift four days a week and do 30mins cardio after every workout (fat loss is my goal for this cycle). Plan on doing cardio on non-lifting days as well starting next week. Diet is ok..cals are around 1800, fat <50g, protein 200-240g, and carbs..well I'm really _trying_ to cut the carbs but sometimes I slip a little
