Welcome. This is my second ever cycle of oral AAS. My previous one was a hella + Kata cycle for 6 weeks that was pretty sweet. You can check out a very "mini" log on my profile. However, Alas! Its time for the Beast to be unleashed. I start my cycle next week Monday (16th July) and intend on doing the following cycle:

1-4 Beast 20/20/20/30 (depending on sides)
1-6 Kata 300/350/400/400/450/450
1-6 Trans 5 pumps ED
1-6 N2 Guard (7 caps split up)
3-6 HC Gen (5 caps ED - 3 morning, 2 afternoon)

PCT:
7-10 HC Gen (same as above)
7-10 Unleased (double dose i.e. 6 caps - 3 am/3pm)
7-10 Post Cycle (double dose i.e. 6 caps - 3am/3pm)
7-10 Forma 10 pumps ED (5 am and 5 pm)

Thanks to Dylan for setting the above sweet cycle up for me, he is a great help and I definitely appreciate his help plus the other bros on here like gymjunkie to name another.

I still havent made up my mind whether to run Forma during the "on" phase as well....or whether to do more than 10 pumps ED during my PCT but we'll see what u guys recommend as the time nears.

My goal is a LEAN BULK (while possibly lowering bf - but not important at the moment). I'd be happy to gain about 10lbs of lean muscle. Anything less would be a fail for me....im really pushing for a 15 pound gain though to be honest...

My stats are:

Age: 25
Weight: 185 pounds
Height: 180cm
Bf: close to 20% ("eye" estimate as I have no way of measuring it)

I realise the bf is towards the high end, but I am quite aware of that. I intend on moving onto a SARMS triple stack straight after PCT from the current cycle. I'll use the SARMS to shred up then.

Moving on, I will also be using N2 Bulk (entire 10 weeks), Power Butter, N2 Protein Bars, Glutamin, Whey to build muscle, fish oil (3 caps ED), N2KTS and maybe some creatine here and there. I'll also keep Taurine on hand incase I require them for back pumps.

I'll be consuming 3000-3500 calories ED broken down to 40/40/20 split.

Workout 5 days a week and I will ATTEMPT some cardio at least 2 times a week (heard its hard to do cardio due to shin splints):

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders/Abs
Friday: Biceps/Triceps/Abs

I'll be posting up my diet in my next post for any critics....im open to all feedback including the current post. And yes, I will endeavour to provide a before and after shot once the cycle is complete however my girl doesnt approve of me posting my pics up online. Trust me im no fat f**k whose sitting behind a computer pretending to be someone im not. I'll convince my girl and put up my pics for all to see hopefully! =)

So thats it for now....i've been "pre loading" transderm for the last week or so before starting my cycle. Also getting my diet in check and upping my water intake already (aiming for 3.5 litres a day).

Anyway im ON A MISSION 2 DAY and im gonna KILL THAT SHIT!!!

everything looks good bro... watch how much n2bulk you are taking on a lean bulk though bro... don't overdo it... you can start forma week 3 if you want and run it through pct bro... eat clean and tear some shit up bro!
 
Im actually running more or less the same stack in sept. After my upcoming SARMs triple stack in a few weeks. Looking forward to seeing your results from this. You'll absolutely love beast bro.

Also dylan, yes I'll watch my N2 Bulk consumption. Its only post workout 5 times a week.

7.30am Oatmeal (100g)
Eggs (7 - 2 whole, 5 egg whites)

10.30am Chicken (4oz)
Sweet Potato
Vege

1pm Tuna
Sweet Potato
Whey protein shake

3pm Same as 10.30am

5pm Power Butter + Banana

6.30-7pm N2 BULK with water (THIS IS POST WORKOUT)

9pm Same as 10.30am

TOTAL CALS: 3063-3100

Protein: appr 300g

Fats: appr 70g

This doesnt include nuts or cottage cheese that I may have from time to time when im hungry.

Also I have a FULL breakdown of Macros for each meal and component of a meal if anyone needs further information. Just didnt type it up cause its getting late here! LOL...

Ok so heres my first day updates.

Today was 300mg of Kata which I split up 2 x 2 x 2 throughout the day and 20 mg beast at 1 around 7.30 and then another one around 4.30pm....wondering whether thats too far apart. Anyway so I will continue this dosing throughout the week before upping my kata next week by another cap.

Workout was chest something along the lines of:

Flat Bench Barbell 5 sets
Incline Barbell 3 sets
Decline dumbell 3 sets
Pec Deck 4 sets

I will be increasing my incline and decline to 4 sets each next week...but today I basically lifted the max I normally lift anyway so no strength effects yet obviously (since its day 1!)

All my sets were basically around the 6-12 rep range

No significant changes from the beast and kata yet. Im on N2KTS so I had a nice pump like usual. I did notice a slight endurance gain but that may just be a placebo effect. Water intake was good throughout the day at over a gallon (>3.5 litres).

No sides to report so far except very very very slight headache. Nothing THAT noticeable really. All good so far. Diet was also spot on today at around 3100 calories as per my previous post.

Does anyone have any idea when the Beast starts to kick in (i.e. strength increases)? In my previous cycle of Hella and Kata....it took basically a week or so for it to kick in....muscle hardness was crazy. I felt like my last cycle of hella and kata was peaking around the 4-6 week range (although in week 6 i felt lathergy crazy as I didnt run transderm and was up to 100mg hella I believe if i remember right).

But for now...im looking forward to some much earned sleep =)
 
So yesterday was back day. Was feeling sore from my chest workout the day before. Diet, supplement and water intake was spot on.

My workout:

Wide Grip Pull ups 3 sets
Bent over barbell rows 4 sets
T-Bar rows 4 sets (with 4 different grips each set)
Narrow grip pull downs 4 sets

Havent experienced much from the Beast yet. Workout was still great tho. I can notice slight changes in vascularity and muscle pumps throughout the day.

What I am definately feeling though is the Katanadrol. Im sweating ALL day! 300mg is buring me the hell up! Cant imagine running it at 450mg! Im also starting to feel the muscles hardness the Katanadrol brings. Water intake has been high to combat the perspiration!

Anyway today is leg day...lets see how that goes...
 
Keep it up bro. I'm not far behind with my beast katana stack so I'm watching closely... Never ran beast before but from what the guys say it's the truth. Get the most out of it and keep loggin were with ya bro

The workout was brutal....couldnt walk down the stairs and damn it hurt when I went to the toilet this morning!

Squats 3 sets
Leg Press 3 sets
Leg Extensons 3 sets
Lying leg curls 4 sets
Standing calf raises 4 sets (4 different variations)
Calf presses (leg press machine) 4 sets (4 different variations)

Im definately noticing all day pumps, muscle hardness and slight vascularity changes. I confirm now that endurance is increasing slowly during my workouts. Still sweating due to the Katanadrol....

Today will be shoulder day.....my favourite =) even though my WHOLE body is sore as f**k....

By the way. Weigh in will be next week monday (a.m.).....i "feel" heavier ....lets see what the scale says in a couple of days time!

were's the red meat? throw some bison in your pre-workout meal, shoot for a more well rounded meal pre-workout and save the power butter and banana for a snack

were's your deadlifts? back day just isn't back day without them :qt:....throw a belt on and 25lb plate on those pullups for 6 weeks and you will see a huge improvement, even if its 4 or 5 reps a set........if 25lbs is too much then use a 10lb plate

compound lifts are money bro, much better than machine and isolation work....

Gymjunkie....thanks for all ur feedback and yes I tend to switch my workouts around every week or so....for example with my back workout I alternate deadlifts with other exercises etc etc....but I see ur point, deadlifts should be included everytime...and far as all the other exercises go I've noted all that u have said...thank u

Bulldog.....bro no headaches at all. I dont seem to notice them at all....just maybe once a day for like 2 mins it might throb a bit but nothing crazy...just a very very slight throb. I make sure water intake is at its highest.

I have some bad news....and i need help ASAP. Yesterday was shoulder day....and as I was doing standing milatry presses, my fucking neck twitched (trying to eek out my last rep) and boom!

F**king couldnt turn my neck at all! So I tried stretching (i.e. turning my head in all directions gently) and within 20-40 mins it loosened up a bit. Probably silly of me but i ended up completing my workout...

So as I got home the pain subsided A BIT and I got a much better range of movement. WHen I woke up this morning the pains still there. If I look directly up it hurts like f**k.....and the same thing goes if I turn completely to my right, left or down! The pain seems to be located in between my upper shoulder blades on my spine....

I'm f**king freaked cause if I pull, push or anything I can feel discomfort and restriction in movement (basically anything that puts even the slightest stress on my neck).

What the hell do I do? I feel like I was progressing really well and the beast was really starting to kick in!....some say to rest it for a few days and see how it goes from there (i.e. if it doesnt go away go see a chiro).

I have my bi/tri/ab workout today....and then I have 2 days off. Should I miss my workout today and give it three days off or should I just smash out one last workout for the week and then try and recover from this injury the next two days?

Need expert help here ASAP....wat a f**king bummer....
 
Bro it's only one more day ur tryin to get in before ur rest period. How much good is that really gonna do u? The potential for u to injure something worse right now is three times as likely than if u were to switch up ur rest period and make sure ur gtg. I think u should break now and limit ur lifting loses to one day instead of pushing through and potentially having a disaster. Neck injuries can be tricky and if not treated with proper care can last a long time. U just started ur cycle don't make a bad decision... U should get checked out IMO
 
If you push or pull and it feels like it's going to only make something worse, or you feel like something bad is on the brink of happening, then you definitely need to take tomorrow off. So, just see how it feels tomorrow. It could get better by the next day... or you could finish tearing something and it be messed up for 3 months. This is only internet bro advice.
 
ok...so heres the update.

The next day my neck felt sort of ok....i'd say 60% better....i managed to do a very light bicep and tricep workout (didnt do abs as I didnt want any pressure on my neck).

Anyway so I rested the next two days....did absolutely nothing except eat. My neck is now 90% better....I can move it freely, but I do still feel a little restriction when I move it all the way down...

So i'll be going back to gym 2morro.

I've noticed very very little sides so far after the first week. If my second week goes alright, i'll ramp it up to 30mg....

I'll also make sure I dont stress my neck too much and continue to use absolutely strict form in all my exercises...

I think it may have just been a pinched nerve...

2morro is chest day....cant wait to crush some weights.

BTW my blood pressure today (rest day- sunday) is 126/58!! Why is my bottom figure so low?!

So i weighed myself this morning. Im 188 pounds.....so im up about 3 pounds.....

As far as the weight issue of only increasing 3 pounds so far, well i dunno what to say. I expected more of a weight jump because quite frankly my body seems to already have changed so much when I look in the mirror. My arms, chest, back and legs all appear bigger and more cut. The only thing I can think of is the Hella probably dropping bf% while the beast has put on some lean mass so although i've only increased 3 pounds, the reduction of bf must mean i actually put on more lean muscle? At the end of the day it could also be alot of water weight but we'll see what the scale says end of this week.

So my necks 90% now. Feels good but i will still proceed with caution.

Hella is being bumped to 350mg (one extra pill this week).

Today is chest day....time to start killing that shit again. The rest this weekend was much deserved. Back to my usual routine of diet, rest, water intake and supplements.

Cant wait to see the mayhem in the gym today (evil laughter).

Your Bp is fine, for an accurate reading though I would get someone to do it manually. My Bp is normally around 116/70 but a machine will give me readings of 130/56. They are less accurate than someone using a Bp cuff and doing it manually
 
Yeah you can buy the blood pressure cuffs at nursing stores or online and have someone do it for you their good to have my girlfriend does it for me
 
Cool guys. I have a friend who works next to my office whose a doctor, i'll just pop in there and get it manually checked whenever i have to. I'll keep u guys posted on my results for blood pressure.

Anyway HOLYF**K!!!! Today was chest day and oh my GOD!!! I felt nssormal going into the gym, but when i did my warm up set on the flat bench i felt something was different! Boom!! My max set today was a crazy increase of 22lbs! And to be honest i felt as though i could have lifted more! (Probably not but definately felt good!) Holyshit. So this is what everyone was talking about......the beast is coming alive!! My incline went up by roughly the same. But because my flat and incline increased, my decline remained the same....in fact i struggled to do what i normally do but thats ok....just shows i was exhausted by tthe time i reached decline!

Honestly the sstrength increase is just out of this world. Its only day one of week 2! Honestly no sides watsoever so far. Looks like my body is accepting the beast well. No larthergy etc etc (attribute that to the transderm). No significant headaches either. My earlier neck injury is completely ffine now.

2moro is back day and i cant wait to kill that shit.

So today was back day...

All went smoothly....increase in weights by about 20 pounds on my bent over rows....chin ups were normal. Deadlift was great....increased by about 15 pounds. Pulldowns etc were the same but i noticed much more controlled reps...next week i'll definately bump those exercises up.

All in all a great workout...it was SUPER hot today and everyone was just melting in the gym. Half way through my workout I started getting some slight headaches but I just made sure I was still drinking little bits of water throughout the session. It went away by the end of my workout. (oh btw our gym doesnt have A.C.....just windows that are open which circulates the air naturally....but on a hot day its like a sauna!)

Really feeling the strength gains this week. Every workout has me pushing new limits now...its great.

Provided my sides stay the way they have been (non existent really), I might consider increasing my beast to 30mg next week (for the remaining two weeks I have left on beast). Any thoughts on this??? Or am I getting to ahead of myself???

Did you run 30mg the whole cycle? And did u use forma from mid cycle or only for PCT?

I used forma the entire time, pretty much. I made the idiotic mistake of using letro for 3 of my last 5 days on cycle. I lost about 7 lbs from using the damn letro on cycle. My gains could have easily been in the 20+lb range.

Yes, I ran 30mg the entire time.
 
Yesterday was leg day.

Nothing crazy to report but all my lifts went up. My niggly pinched nerve is pissing me off again....had difficulty sleeping last night....kept rolling around....

2day is Shoulder day....theday that was responsible for my back/neck issues last week! LOL....so gonna exercise extreme caution today.

Wow....what a workout! Definately killed that shit!!

Shoulder got smashed today! Increased my bb shoulder press by almost 20lbs! Really good form throughout. Db shoulder press and other exercises i maintained my previous weeks lifts but had much better controlled reps. Definately bumping the weights up next week on these exercises.

Im getting good strength increases this week...most lifts have increased fairly substantially....so im wondering whether i should still bump my beast up to 30mg if i havent experienced sides yet...

Maybe some experts can comment? Dylan?
 
I had an awesome arms day...it was absolutely swollen. Weights were increased in basically every exercise!

So far since I havent had any sides, im gonna bump my dosage for beast up to 30mg this coming week....and im up to 400mg katana. Lets see how we go here on in.

My body is definately rapidly changing. Will do a weigh in 2morro morning and update you guys.

I have chest 2morro. Cant weight to break some PR's!!

GOOD NEWS GUYS!!!

So this morning was weigh in...although I posted my starting stat as 185 pounds, when I "officially" started my cycle i was technically 183 pounds. But in either case heres my results end of second week:

Before: 185 pounds/83.9 Kg
After: 192.9 pounds/87.5 Kg

I cant believe it!!! LOL...well actually i can believe it cause I see "it" in the mirror everyday =) Anyway so thats an increase of almost 8 pounds/3.5Kg. However if we were to take my actaul weight of 183 pounds then thats an increase of basically 10 POUNDS/4 KG!

This was all in just two weeks. Anyway u would have noticed the first week had only a 3 pound increase....the second week beast really does come alive.

This week I have decided to change my stack. Im bumping my beast to 30mg and kata (as planned) will move up to 400mg. I have also started HC Generate (5 caps ED split throughout the day) and Forma (5 pumps AM and 5 pumps PM - mostly on my chest/abs).

As im bumping my beast up today, I need to ensure water intake is really high. I have been lucky to not experience ANY sides at ALL. In fact I feel great and dont know what people have been complaining about regarding sides. Lets keep it that way! However, maybe sides come out on 30mg and maybe in the third week? We'll see.....so far I have been VERY lucky in that department.

Im really gonna push it now cause I only have two more weeks of beast left. I need to attain my desired goal of 15 pounds by the end of this cycle. So lets KILL THAT SHIT!!! Lets roll....

p.s. Today is chest day....im gonna go for PR's in ALL my lifts today...i'll update as usual after my workout...

yes the cycle has been pretty sweet so far. Strength increases kick in start of week 2 for sure. Weight also really kicks in from start of week 2 as it has been logged in here.

Im glad ur following this thread, thats one of the reasons I try and log on everyday to inform the readers on my experiences. Plus, I get good experienced help from some readers so we both benefit (i.e. the poster and the readers alike!)

I wish u all the best for ur cycle bro. Im not disappointed at all so far and havent even reached half way of the "on" phase of the cycle yet! Hopefully it gets better and better. Just worried about larthegy and back pumps (none of which i have experienced so far) this week onwards.

Will keep everyone posted like usual.

Increased flat bench by 10lbs and increased my incline press by 10lbs as well.

I also increased my incline flys by about 10lbs!

Muscle endurance, hardness and vasularity has increased to another level. Strength is still increasing everyday. It was my first day on 30mg though and I havent noticed any sides as of yet.

Will monitor my body closely and inform u guys of any changes. Water intake was over a gallon and a half today ...

How are u splitting the katana dosages?

Well at the moment im on 400mg katana so I split it as follows:

3 caps with breakfast at about 7.30am

3 caps with lunch at about 1pm

Then 2 caps before my workout at about 4pm


As far as the pics go I havent even asked my girl if its ok to post my pics....i took a before pic, but no recent pics. Even if she does allow me to post em, i'll do it at the end of this cycle...

Beastdrol and Katanadrol are PH's (Pro-Hormones)......injectibles are obviously at another level but Beast is by far one of the most powerful orals you can take.

I had used Helladrol and Katana previously as a recomp....however having used beast, I dont think i'd go back to Hella! Beast is just in a league of its own.

Because beast is so powerful, its allegedly known to give fairly harsh sides (acne, back pumps, hair loss, headaches and so forth). However as u've seen in my log, I havent really experienced any sides. In fact I feel fantastic (fingers crossed for the rest of the cycle).

I think the sides just come down to the individual....I made sure I didnt f**k around. I ensured my diet was (and has) been in check, support supps taken (n2 guard, hcgenerate, transdermal, N2 shampoo, forma etc), and that I consume a ton load of water (well over a gallon a day).

People who take short cuts due to financial reasons or plain laziness probably suffer from more sides. I've read countless logs where people have run beast with bare minumum supports and then complain that their head is about to explode!

If u were to run this stack, run it exactly as I have cause im getting ALL the benefits so far without ANY sides....not even those slight headaches I was talking about earlier in my log!

Oh! and yes they are legal right now....however there are rumour the FDA will ban these products in the very near future. So u might wana start stocking up on the beast and Katana if u intend on using it in the future...

As far as my calories go, taking into account my activity level (train five times a week) im actually about 10% above maintenence. I fluctuate between maintainence to 10% above maintainence.

Like I also said in my opening post, i'll be doing a shred sarms triple stack straight after PCT so I am not too worried about putting on slight fat.

So far its been good, there has been a very slight change in waist (havent measured but pants fit "better" LOL).

Ok so yesterday was my back day.

Deadlifts increased
Bent over rows increased
Pulldowns were the same (but I did behind the neck ones to switch it up)
Pullups were the same..

So obviously strength is still increasing...my lats (while flexing) appear slightly wider. Very nice...

Today will be THAT day i.e. Legs....lol....not looking forward to it but time to break some PR's...

Seriously leg recovery takes me almost a week! ha ha ha

I have similar goals of dropping bf% (currently around 12%)while adding a bit of mass. Not concerned on the amount of lbs I put on as long as its quality mass while reducing bf.
I will run the same with just above maintenance with 40/40/20 and adjust when or if required.

Yes waist feels slightly smaller. But keep in mind my bf compared to yours is pretty high (mainly in the lower and mid region....my upper region is ripped).

Honestly, the Katanadrol really helps in cutting bf...im usually sweating the whole day.

Go from the 40/40/20 at just above maintainence. You should be gtg

Awesome log! I've been following since the beginning. Let us know how the 30 mg works out for you, I think that upping your dose you should be able to reach your 15 lb weight increase. Your strength seems to be going way up as well. I'm just getting ready for a Beast/ Test E cycle myself, just gotta get rid of some gyno. Beast Looks killer!!!

Yea i'll let u know how the 30mg pans out when I do my weigh in on monday. But so far its my third day on 30mg and honestly no sides watsoever. I felt a very slight headache in the gym yesterday but only for 5 mins. Nothing to really complain about.

My body seems to be liking the beast...no sides! lucky lucky! (touchwood...still got a week and a half of the beast run left)
 
ok so yesterday was legs day.

I increased my squats, leg press and calf raises. The rest of the exercises were the same.

The increases were by about 10-22lbs...(depending on which exercise)

So far so good...strength is still increasing.

On a side note, something that may be of interest to u readers...although i havent had any/too many sides, I DID notice something end of first week and all of second week...my nuts and even d**k shrunk a bit....(balls more than d**k)...

However I started HC Generate this week and yesterday (so after about 3 or 4 days on HCgenerate) I notice they were becoming plump again.

I never mentioned it cause it would completely slip my mind. Plus, I had to make sure it DID in fact shrink. But after noticing them slightly more plump yesterday, it confirmed to me that I did shrink.

Clearly the HCGenerate works after a few days of being in ur system. Also my morning woodies are just insanely hard! Damn I need my gf around now!

I felt a BIT lethargic before my workout yesterday (probably because I didnt sleep well the night before) but once I started working out I was fine. I did go to bed early last night cause I was exhausted (went to sleep at 9.30pm!)

Anyway just thought I'd update you guys.

2day is shoulder day....and is usually the day I most look forward to...
 
God damn amazing workout....managed to increase my shoulder press by a further 10lbs....DB rear delts by 5lbs and shrugs by 15lbs...the rest remained same yet nicer controlled reps...

2morro is arm day....gotta pump those guns before the weekend! Got a party to go to (obviously not drinking).

I think lethargy is clearly kicking in....but nothing crazy so far. After 2morro I only have one more week on the beast so I gotta KILL THAT SHIT!!

Ok so I had my last workout for week 3! Arms! Totally SMASHED it...my arms look insane right now as im typing this. Hurting like crap but damn they look good.

My shirts are definately getting tight on me now...shoulders and arms most noticeable!

So i know i am to take 400mg for another week (week 4) but i've decided to run it at 450mg from next week monday till the end of week 6.

Now two days off before my weigh in on monday and my last week of the beast =( Im gonna go SO HARD....cause im gonna miss it! Its been just unreal this whole time. This is for real folks...

Lastly, dunno if u guys have seen the news, but Beast and Katanadrol is going to be banned on August 29th. Mr supps is running a BOGO right now, I've ordered 4 bottles of Beast and 4 bottles of Katanadrol!! Trust me, now that i've had a taste of beast, I aint missing out. 4 bottles of beast should last me at least 5 cycles! Thats enough for almost 3 years if I run it twice a year (cause I will also have some remaining from my current bottle).

Truely insane product that is being banned. Such a shame....

Weigh In results are in!!

So last week I was up to 87.5kg/192.9lbs...

My current weigh in says 89.2kg/196.65lbs!

So just as a comparision I was:

Before: 185 pounds/83.9 Kg
Current: 196.65 pounds/89.2 Kg

Thats a current gain of 11.65lbs/5.3kg!! But if u take my more acurate weight at the start of the cycle, i've gained more like 13.65lbs (6.2kg).

Im now starting my final week of the beast =( But fear not, Im going really really hard at the gym. Im also bumping my katana up to 450mg instead of 400mg for another week.

My diet was shitty last weekend cause I was away for this family crap out of town...anyway not to worry im back to normal this week.

I have a problem that I need a bit of help with. I got some bad news and have to travel next week overseas. Which means for WHOLE of week 5 I have no access to a gym and not even my proper diet!!! WHAT THE HELL DO I DO?!

HELP!

I know a little about osta and the other sarms compounds mainly from Dylans thread (all the infor about it seems to be well provided by him there).

Problem is I cant purchase osta in time as i live overseas and that will take at least 2-3 weeks to arrive here =(

Damn it...I suppose the most I can do next week is ab work, push ups, pull ups and thats about it. I'll try to go for run here and there but im so disappointed that i'll miss a full week of workouts and proper diet considering it will be my first week without beast.

I'll definately lose size ad strength wont I?

Any other alternatives people can think of??
 
ok yesterday was chest day. Kata is up to 450mg as previously noted. Beast still at 30mg....honestly because I dont have any sides, I could easily move up to 40mg....but its my first time so im gonna ride out 30mg for my final week.

Anyway my incline bench, peck deck flys and incline flys all went up! My flat bench remained the same but I did 2 max sets and squeezed 4 sets in each totally well...

Today is back day....cant wait to kill that shit!

Diet, water intake and so forth is in check...
 
Good work. How are those lower back pumps? Walking up hill is fuggin impossible for me on beast.

You wont lose mass not working out in the gym. Since you're still trying to go lean, there's nothing wrong with doing body weight core exercises. You'd be suprised what you can do with gravity and leverage. Its no deadlift, but you can still get a great workout. Keep it up.
 
hey digit...Funnily enough I havent had any back pumps to be honest...I do feel crazy shin splints if I walk a long distance very quickly! lol...but nothing that really bothers me.

Yea I might just not have to go end of this week so gym can still take place next week. Fingers crossed I find out today.

Btw, when I get into PCT do I keep my calories the same?
 
Yesterday was back day and basically to cut the story short, all my lifts went up! Strength is still increasing, its crazy.

Its leg day today (something I dont always look forward to) but lets see how it goes!!

Didnt sleep well at all last night! Had 2 hours sleep if that. Nothing to do with the supps though, I kept getting calls from my gf....shes going thru some shit right now with her parents so its f**king keeping me up all night! lol

Hopefully it doesnt affect my workout. Might have to take 1.5 scoops of N2KTS instead of just one today.

Squat went up by 10lbs....leg press up by 20lbs....calf raises up by 10lbs and lying leg curls up by 10lbs!

Decent workout, couldnt walk down the freaking stairs on my way back home from the gym.

2morro is shoulder day, my favourite!!!

Reality is kicking in that this will be my last shoulder workout on Beast...

On a side note, I have experienced some headachs during workouts, mainly due to insufficient water intake during the day. I've just been so busy at work that I just neglected it for two days and BOOM! Pushed myself in the gym and could feel the bloody headache come on!! LOL....started downing water straight away! lol...

It was ok today though....will ensure I dont slip up like this again.

Cant wait for my weigh in on Monday...

Yea bro true that! Its been an unreal experience so far and I just wana keep increasing my strength the way beast has been allowing me to this far!

Ok...so the headaches usually only happen if I've not drank enough water during the day, and then I push it in the gym like crazy. So far I have noticed it the worst on deadlifts. Bench and curls I feel it a little but nothing like deadlifts. Mind u, the day deadlifts almost exploded my head, I seriously had less than a gallon of water and given that my gym is like a f**king sauna, I sweat like crazy. So u can see how everything just compounded.

The only time my headache was bad was during "that" deadlift day. It felt like it was gonna explode! lol...it was throbbing on both temples...and around the back of my head. But I just gulped down massive amounts of water took a bit of a breather and powered thru my workout and I was fine.

Like I said I hope this post doesnt scare people cause that was the ONLY time my headache was kinda bad. And honestly I really did shoot myself in the foot cause I just simply didnt drink enough water.

Weights increased on DB shoulder press, Shrugs, DB lateral raises (both front and back). BB shoulder press was the same but definately better control throughout my max sets.

Its incredible that strength is still on the up. It truely is magic. These strength gains take months and months to come, but beast just delievers it in a weeks time!

I have arm day today....my shoulders are definately feeling it tho! Ah well! No pain no gain!

Im gonna crush arms and then on saturday (usually off day) I want to do some wide grip flat and incline bench press. My chest is slightly lagging compared to other muscle groups so seeing as this is the last week of beast I might as well do it. Will do abs as well.

Cant wait for my weigh in on monday when i'm officially off the beast. It will be a key period (one im off the beast) cause i'll have to ensure I keep my strength and general training and diet top notch. Cant afford to lose too much of what i've gained. Remember i'm pushing for 15lbs bros!!
 
So it was gonna be my last workout with the beast before the weekend, (was supposed to be arms day), but into the end of my bicep workout, the f**king power got cut off it the gym!! Damn you!!

We were all told to leave! Seriously, this only happens to me! lol...so I gotta go back 2morro to do my tricep workout. I think i'll do some wide grip chest workouts too. Nothing crazy, just wana break my chest down a bit. Pop in some abs too (feel guilty havent been doing too much of those).

Anyway cant wait for monday weigh in day...
 
Ok So weigh in day!!

Before: 83.9kg/185 lbs
Current: 90.4kg/199.29lbs!

So there we have it folks. Im completely off the beast now. Only have 2 more weeks of Katanadrol left on my cycle until I hit PCT.

My gain "officially" according to the log has been 6.5kg/14.29 lbs.

But like I said I was honestly more like 183 pounds when I first started so its probably more around the 7kg/16.29lbs weight gain.

Im honestly very happy with my gains, my goal was 15lbs. I think i've basically hit that. The key thing now is making sure I hold on to as much as possible through my final two weeks of the cycle and then critically PCT. If I can properly hold on to at least 10lbs I'll be very happy at the end of PCT. The SARMS triple stack after that will help to ensure I put on a few more vital pounds while decreasing my bf%.

Speaking of bf%, I have put on a little bf% but not much to be honest. The gains have been mostly dry and lean. I've LOVED the beast and for sure i'll be running it again in the near future. As always u live and u learn. Im sure i'll do alot better next time while on the beast but as I said, im very very happy with the gains in lean mass and my strength. Strength has been unreal and its really blown off all my PR's in ALL my exercises. This is the real deal guys.

I'm going to continue making posts throughout the two weeks and PCT so that everyone gets to see how it is after the "on period". I'll finally finish off the log with a "self reflection" post where I'll go through things I did well, things I could have done better and what i'd do different next time. Hopefully that post can really help my readers out so when they do tackle the beast for the first time they can have an opportunity to do as well as I did, if not better (which is why I logged in the first place so that people can learn and implement the cycle as best as they can).

In the meantime I'm still working on my girl for pics. The b***h is being nasty. Honestly, she loves the gains i've made (u can tell because of the way she f**ks me!) but u can almost sense this possessiveness too! Shes a little insecure now that all my tshirts are ripping at the shoulder and biceps seams! ha ha...she'll be fine, i'll treat her to something soon =)

Anyway take care guys and like I said u'll still hear from me throughout the next 4-6 weeks. I appreciate any comments, questions or concerns in the meantime. I've loved logging everyday and to all my loyal followers I'll be for sure doing a SARMS triple stack log in the near future.

Yes I followed many threads before starting my cycle and honestly I gained a wealth of information that made my journey so much more pleasant. I reported minimal sides so far and I attribute that to a well put together stack with all supports. Water intake and diet is paramount as well.

You guys for sure will do well with ur cycles and I recommend following my thread through PCT to see how much i've kept in terms of gains and strength.

Also my "self-reflection" post should be very very interesting for u two and the countless others following this thread. I'll mae it very descriptive and beneficial.

Hmm....no if anything it made me constantly hungry! But i was eating alot and it would get tired of eating sometimes but i wouldnt go as far as saying it suppressed my hunger. It didnt.

Stomach issues? Not at all. I was running as high as 30mg for two constant weeks and I was fine. My crap was nice and soft. I was and still am shitting alot! lol...twice a day morning and night full of crap!

Hope that answers ur concerns! ha ha

So just a quick update for the time being.

All my lifts are either the same or i have been increasing my weights slightly. So strength is still increasing. Theres only one more week of katanadrol left after this week. Then PCT.

I've started locating my sarms already and all supports for my triple stack that I intend to run straight after PCT.

Weigh in monday!

P.s. today is shoulder, 2morro arm day and then saturday I want to do abs and perhaps a few lagging body parts such as upper and lower chest and calfs...
 
Yup strength is still increasing. Its just crazy.

My military press went up by 10lbs! DB press went up by 10lbs too...its insane. The rest have remained the same...

I am starting to feel a bit lethargic. And muscle recovery isnt as good as when beast was around! I find myself constantly sore everyday...

Still strength is increasing so its all good! =)
 
Sorry for the short infrequent posts but im updating as need be.

This week so far my bench has gone up....incline bench has gone up and so did my one arm rows yesterday!

So clearly strength is increasing. Lethargy on the other hand isnt too bad to handle but for sure going into the gym I dont feel as "eager" but once I start lifting its fine. In fact im simply surprised my strength is still increasing.

As far as diet goes, im more of less consuming the same amount. Maybe 200 calories less here and there. Water intake is still high. This is the last week of Hella....PCT starts next week monday! Thats going to be crucial!

I've already started ordering my triple sarms stack. Just waiting on GW to come back into stock. All else I basically have on hand. The goal from the SARMS triple stack would be to blast off around 20lbs of fat while maintaining, if not, adding some lean mass (perhaps around the 5-7lb mark would be awesome).

I'll be running GW at 20mg a day for the entire 8 weeks. Should be awesome to say the least from what I have heard.

Still deciding whether to continue with the SARMS cycle on this current thread or maybe just open a new one!

Anyone know how to edit the title of this thread???

Well I started with around 20% of bf anyway so its safe to say I had a bit of fat on me when I started. I just figured it was pointless me leaning out before starting beast cause I knew I would put on a bit of bf anyway. I figured once I finished my run of beast I would just lean out completely after it.

I would say I didnt put on alot of fat. Maybe 2-3%...its bearly noticeable.

The dry gains are outstanding. Really lean, dry hard mass. Very minimal to no water retention.

update!

Didnt do a weigh in this week. I've been sick with the f**king flu...fever, blocked nose and a slight cough. It just sucks. Diet has been just awful for the last few days...

I need to get better ASAP. Its the crucial time of PCT and I intended on killing that shit to maximise what I could keep as gains. Been out of the gym for 3 or so workouts now =(

Im on 2 servings of post cycle and unleashed and 10 pumps of forma each day (5 am and 5 pm). I'm also on HC generate....i've also continued taking N2 guard seeing as im sick....thought the extra vitamins etc might help out my health!

Need to be back in the gym pronto!!
