Enhancing Adipose Tissue Blood Circulation

What an odd time of year to be trimming down, but due to a few setbacks with my shoulder, I decided it'd be best to lay off advancing with the lifting and try to up the morning cardio.

My question to all of you is this. . . My morning routine consists of 45min of moderate intensity cardio on a completely empty stomach (short of 2 NYC, glutamine, and water) and has been working wonders. However, I've noticed that I have these pockets of fat in the common places, love handles, lower back, some in the lower chest; and these places are almost ALWAYS chilled. It just seems as if no blood gets to the fatty tissue and it only stands to reason that if I could stimulate blood flow to these areas, I could manage to burn them off more quickly.

Is there ANYthing I can do to get the blood flowing to these spots so that I can at least FEEL like I'm burning off some of these trouble areas?

Yohimburn DF works WONDERS in burning fat in these areas!!! Highly recommend it!! I use it 45 minutes prior to morning cardio in those areas and it's amazing at how well it works.
 
I am actually a big fan of Yohimburn myself! I have been thru a bottle of it and it works great, but only when you are already fairly lean. Maybe later. . . Anyone else?
 
..same situation

bro i broke my hand oct11 and had a cast on till nov20...it really pissed me off and set me back..obviously i couldnt lift heavy so i decided to cut up...cuttin up in winter was definitely a change for me...but i started cross-training and an emphasis on cardio...

when i started off i used my treadmill in the basement first thing in the morning..4 to 5x a week...to some it was excessive but it really made me feel good and my cast set me back from training with freeweights often...poppin nyc 15 minutes before (2tabs) and made sure i had a water bottle...45 minutes power walkin (4.3mph) w/ 3minutes of interval joggin(6.0mph) after every 10minutes of walkin...

i remeber wearin a white shirt and when i was done with cardio the shirt was soaked but my love handles and nipples were still dry...it was pissin me off cuz those are the spots i wanted to burn...so i bought yohimburn and bought a bottle of liquidex...bro i went from a bulky and fat 219 and now im 182...minor strength losses but my appearance is worth that sacrifice...buy a heat belt it'll make you sweat a lil more around the abs...but y-burn/liquidex/nyc(in rotation with eca) was a great weapon for my nips and abs...night time and day time applications....be realistic with your goals and you'll definintely see the results....good luck
