When I enroll my kids into soccer, I pay some money up front for the club. This money goes into paying the coaches, renting the equipment, etc. I sign a contract to abide by the rules, I pay the money, and they play.
By your original note, I assume that the coach kicked the player off the team during or just before a game. This means that the parents would of read the contract and paid the money. If the contract stated "no hajibs", then I would side with the soccer club because their rules are clear. If there was no rule, then I would side with the parents because they would of paid the enrollment fee. If I was the parents, I would hold up the contract and ask the coach to let me know where the rule 'no hijib' is stated. If they were unable to point out the rule, then I would escalate (if nothing else to get my money back from the enrollment fee).
Then I would suicide bomb his house. I keed!
