And the majority isn't really being inconvenienced. Dudes can go to the other two gyms during those two hours.

Where on campus are they? What if this is the closest gym to my dorm and I only have 30 minutes to work out during this time it is closed? I am paying just as much as they are to use the same gym. I am inconvenienced now.

But for these women, religion is an important part of their lives. They would be having to make a choice between health (going to the gym) and their religious beliefs.

WTF are they wearing that would make men stare at them? arent they supposed to be covered at all times.

Do you remember how poor you were in college?
They are paying for gym fees in their tuition.
They should get to use the gym (one of three gyms for two hours a day, to be exact).

Why not leave the gyms the way they are and harvard workout a deal with a local curves for these women with issues wrokout there. Many colleges do this. harvard brings in enough money to pull this off.

In Toronto, there are two major corporate gyms, both of which have special rooms for women...how is this different?

Because it does not disrupt the other members. They can go during all business hours and not blacked out for 2-3 hours.
