Energy weining off...MOod down!

So, I'm on week 9 of my cycle. 500 mg/ wk of Test testosterone cypionate and 750mg of Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - /WK.

Recently, my energy is totally depleted some how. I noticed a change like a week ago from my normal, "get up, go do something, workout like an animal, eat like a soldier, and WANT to talk to everyone" to now, "not that interested, laying around, watching football, less appetite, still strong in the gym but not as edgey--having to push myself, lethargic, fatigued", feelings!!!!

Why I ask? I'm taking arimidex liquid every 3d @ half a dropper to 1 full depending on bloat and shoulder bacne. Is there anything that would help? I'm thinking, maybe, I need some HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - to get my balls back in business. Any one else feel like this toward month 2 or so? LETHARGIC!

Anyway, I'm still making great gains. I'm 24 lbs heavier. added only 2% bf to 10% total. I'm exactly 200lb from my start weight of 177. Looking better than I ever have. Just LETHARGIC..HMMM can't but my finger around it. It would also be fair to say a little naucious at times.

Im resting today. FOR A FULL DAY. I always say I'm going to rest and do nothing for a whole day, but, always end up doing something to stir up my central nervous system. ANY ADVICE?????????

PLEASE, some1 get me feeling better.

I'm not sure if this is something hormonal and needs a vet opinion...but since no one has chimed in yet...Lipoflame gives me crazy/clean energy without the shakes n shit of other stims. Just feels like I got way better sleep than I really did. Just my 2 cents.
 
I forgot to also tell you about how I kicked my own ass!!

So, I'm on incline dumbel bench and I have no shirt on. My shoulder slips off and I lose balance. My body starts to slide off the bench to the left..arms still fully extended with 80lb weights. As I fall to the left, I drop the weight with my left hand on the floor and catch my balance with the same hand, but, it throws off my balance with the other weight and it SLAMS into my head. Straight dropped it on my head. I grab my head and blood is splattering everywhere!! Pouring out like a hose. I needed stitches but didn't go. Its. only about a one inch gash (long wise) so, I figured it would close up. It's finally not oozing as I have been putting hydrogen perox., vitamin E, nyosporin on it.

Mind you, this happened 3 or 4 days ago. Maybe, I have a concussion and could explain the above symptoms of late.

If any of you want to beat your OWN ass, I suggest you drop an 80lb dumbell on your skull. It feels great. Id rather have a bitch take a dump on my chest than have that happen again. Still, I'm sad to say, IT DID NOT KNOCK ANY SENSE INTO ME :(

I guess the lesson learned was that probably not so great an idea to do any presses without a shirt. But you might wanna go to the doctor just to get that gash checked out. If you have a concussion that could be the reason for the lethargy. Although maybe you are just bored with your routine and need a recharge.

cut out the arimidex that could be causing lethargy. Also you might want to get some HCG because that usually helps. Also since you gained 25 lbs you may have higher blood pressure which could cause lethargy as well, go get some hawthorne berries and celery seed to combat HBP.

I've got to agree with 2RIIPPED on this one. Armidex makes me extremely lethargic, its gotten to the point where I hate taken the shit.
 
Dude you may need a CT of the head. 80lbs on the head can be a problem. Concussion, worst case subdural hematoma which is a bleed. it maybe slow growing. hard to say what it is medically. You may be out of luck on the gash getting stitches. Most MDS wont stitch/staple after 12 hours.

your the one who dropped an 80 pound db on your head! sorry, i was using the 120's the other day on incline press for 8 reps and 4 sets. i doubt id even notice you in my gym unless you had your shirt off and then EVERYONE would be telling you to put it on.

Ok, OK, no more shirtless workouts. I work out at my uncles gym, which, is a private, seclusive type place. Not GOLDS GYM, VENICE BEACH YA KNOOOOOOOOW?? But, to tell you the truth, I have my shirt off more than its on. Thats just me. It's not to impress ne1, but, I feel more than comfortable chillin shirtless. I like lookin at myself, I can't help it!! Why kill yourself in the gym if you can't take your shirt off and chill? Timtim probally has hairy nipples or something lol.. Timtim, chill with the hating bruh, I will make some shout outs to some people with pull ya dig??

if you start H.C.G. though use 250iu EOD (or three times per week) up until the end of your cycle.

Im going to cut the arimidex down. Just put in the order for the hcg, so, I'll keep you posted. I really hope its not something serious from the head injury. That would be a buzz kill for sure. Good looks with the response, thats exactly what I was thinking for the doseage.

Honestly bro, if you're losing your balance inclining 80lb dumbells then you need to talk less shit. Were you shirtless in the gym? That may not be gay but it's ridiculous. You'd get laughed out of my gym pulling that kind of shit, even if you were a national level bodybuilder. Your retorts are great though so I've got to give you credit there. Seriously though, get your head checked. There could be something going on beneath the surface so to speak. Bro's on this board may heckle other bro's but overall everyone looks out for each other. I highly recommend you throw some amplify 02 into your pre workout set up bro,it gets me up and motivated for intense workouts.

Good news is my head is not oozing anymore. The cut closed on its own, and, I even got a hair cut. Shaved the mop off, which, hurt like a mother fucker in that area. My barber just laughed and talked in spanish to the other fellow barbers. Probally along the lines of, "fucking gringo!" I showed him the wound, but, he just nodded his head and said eyyyy caramba. 5 seconds later hes playing naSCAR on the top of my head. Fucking puta! NO dinero tip-a. Funny ..yes, economical..NO!

I Must of had a concussion; I didn't want to do shit all day. Str8 up useless. Now, I'm back at it, a week later. Grubbing, fucking, lifting, running, playing ball. Full of life, and, another gram of juice of course! Also, I cut the LIQUIDEX down to 1 drop per week. If that does anything at all, who the fuck knows. What I do notice though, is, my shoulders getting more red bumps. Before, I dosed the liquidex strictly in accordance of when I took my shots. Then, kept a watchful eye for an unusual formation of bumps on arms and shoulders at the START OF FORMATION. I would take 1 full dropper for the next three days and poof, they'd dissapear! BUMPS OR LETHARGIC? hmmmm. BLOWJOB or 3SOME?

Ok, please let this thread die. Tshirt this, tshirt that. WHO GIVES A FUCK ABOUT A SHIRT??? Theres a lot cooler things to talk about. For 1, juice. For 2, juice. For 3, i guess my boner I've had throughout this post!

Well I am just gunna say this thread is very entertaining. I personally would have gotten my head checked because like the other bros said there is a potential for problems beneath the surface. You did drop 80 fuckin lbs on y our head dude lol. Its nt funny but damn thats alot to come onto your dome.

Second I would go with lipoflame or REST. You can still overtrain when you are on gear and I am sure you know this but is it possible that you have accidently overtrained? I would do like you said and have a whole day where your a lazy fucker and do absolutley nothing.

And the last thing I gotta say is I am gunna have to agree with Omega and bluetwistedsteel no shirtless workouts unless its such a private gym where nobody else is really there when you are because no matter what your shirtless reasons are if ppl see that they do lose respect and they do think you are doing it to be a show off and a meathead tough guy. And like you stated you arent aiming for that and judging by your past posts you are a guy that dont give a fuck what others think about him and thats great but just remember you are not only representing yourself but other bodybuilders as well.

And I am in no way hating just stating I do agree with omega and steel on puttin the shirt back on lol if you wanna chill shirtless do it at the beach brosef.

Now that I am here, I am sure the flaming will stop and we will get back to the thread. Right?

First, you may have a slight concussion. That is quiet possible. Look at the timeline of how you were feeling and see if it adds up.

Now, ruling that accident out - the thread still has merit because quite a few people hit that "slump" midway or towards the end of their cycle. There are quite a few reasons for this.

When you are on cycle, you are training much harder than usual (or you should be). This is a dramatic increase to the usual stress the CNS has had to cope with. Most people think recovery is just about whether the muscle has recovered from the last workout and can be worked again. But it also applies to the CNS system as well. Heavy training definately affects it. You will eventually burn out if you don't take precautions.

Take a week or so off and recharge the old mental batteries. Do things away from the gym. Have fun.

If you come back and still notice a slump, then consider using something like PPs products. The Dermacrine definately perked me up in the gym. The mental focus was extremely heightened. Also consider a mild stimulant like Provigil (sp?) It is a clean stim, no jitters, no crashing, just clean energy.
 
I gotta agree with AAP, it only takes a few times over training to finally give in to your thick headed attitude (by your i dont mean you i mean in general for those who overtrain). I am still exhausted from my strongman comp, i fucked up my other calf which is doing better now but on monday i was ready to go to the gym but regretted it seriously tuesday and slept all day and i feel much better now. If you're feeling like shit do yourself a favor and just take a light day at the gym or don't go at all and eat good.
