Energy Supplement OK for PM training?

Hello everyone. I'm trying to see if anyone who trains in the evening (9-10PM or so) has a lead on something for an energy boost that won't keep me up until 3 in the morning. I guess it would be be something fast acting with a short life. Or am I just a dreamer?

The Key would be to use Liquid based stim and use only just enough to get you going. ( do this by sipping slowly)

Then the key would be to work out hard to dissipate the effect of the Stim

I also train in the PM and avoid stims for this reason. Not enough sleep is more detrimental than not taking pre-workout supplement. If you can regulate the dose not to effect your sleep then that's cool. Otherwise - save it for day time training.

I made the mistake of taking lipoflame too late at night last night. I try not to take anything later than 6.

Lipostim wouldn't be too bad, as it (for me anyways) only lasts about 4 hours. Lipoflame on the other hand keeps me up all night.

what works for me is a goody powder and a few sip of pepsi, then when i get home i have a big protein drink about 1 hr before bedtime!
to each his own!

I train in evening. If i need added boost of energy,,,I drink a couple cups of strong coffee.
