Energy for late night workouts w/o stimulant?

Due to a change in schedule, I'm lifting weights at night (around 10 - 11 pm) after the kids go to bed. I'm normally in bed asleep by this time - so I have no focus or energy for lifting weights. My body just isn't used to it. This schedule is, unfortunately, not negotiable for the time being.

What can I take that will give my workouts their usual "oompf" without wiring me all night long? Competition legal, please. :qt:

Buy smelling salts. I promise you this product does work, and aparently lasts around six months (only had mine for two). Take a good sniff before you lift, and you can sniff as many times as you want. I've also found having a sniff after the workout means I have enough energy to do the things I have to before bed. Remember, the effects of a sniff lasts in seconds and minutes. Here's the link:

smelling salts are great!! it sounds like you dont lack energy but will power to get moving... smelling salts are a nice smack in the face to make you wake up and smell the roses (too many metaphors)
anyways it'll get you moving
but if it is really energy you need and you want a non stimulant? try ashwagandha 3 grams...i love this shit, it's good for calming, energy, joints and mental function

Some carbs and fruits, wheat bread, brown rice, rice cakes, berries or melons. Don't worry about the sugar in the fruits, you will burn it in your workout. I would like to try some smelling salts.
