Due to a change in schedule, I'm lifting weights at night (around 10 - 11 pm) after the kids go to bed. I'm normally in bed asleep by this time - so I have no focus or energy for lifting weights. My body just isn't used to it. This schedule is, unfortunately, not negotiable for the time being.
What can I take that will give my workouts their usual "oompf" without wiring me all night long? Competition legal, please.
