First things first, everyone on this board told me and I didn't want to listen (I wrote down what I ate but didn't record things down to the gram and was AMAZED what a difference a whole egg and 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter make in terms of making or breaking the daily diet) but the hard truth is, you NEED to record exactly what you eat in a program (either fitday.com which is free, or calorieking.com that charges yearly membership, trust me, buy the software instead) that tracks protein/fat/carbs. If, after doing this faithfully for at least a couple of weeks, you're ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVE that your dietary numbers, calories and percentages, are right in line, then you go back to your endocrinologist WITH a printout of what you've been eating and say, "HELP, I can't lose weight, something's not right."

Until you know exactly what you're eating -- and you don't unless you're recording and tracking everything -- you have no hard facts to work from and neither does the doctor. You have hard numbers to shove in the doctors face then they have to look at ways to address your problem, that's the way doctors think.

anybody some advice??? :cold:

You post the EXACT same thing all the time. About once every 4-8 weeks you post the same thread. If our advice has not worked yet, then apparently, there is nothing we can do for you.

There is obviously some underlying issue - either you are not eating what you say you are, you are not working out the way you say you are, or there is some medical/hormonal issue at play. We are NOT doctors, we cannot diagnose problems, nor can we work miracles. You will just have to continue working with your doctor to find a solution.
