Ending week 6 Sust - No great gains???

yeah bro....that is a great way to get good advice and opinions......it has already been stated but the best thing to do is lift natural for awhile then go for the roids....sorry bro but 12 inch arms......f*ck...my forearms were that when i was 13.....you got along ways to go before you need to start juicing:rolleyes:
 
Bro just be patient, steroids won't do miracles for you, i'm sorry you'lve only gained 10lbs but 10lbs is better then nothing. Just eat, train, sleep and don't party hard while on a cycle if you want to make the most of it. Most important is your diet, if you don't give your body what it needs to built the muscle the steroids won't be any good here. Good luck bro, keep us updated.
 
bro you should really not be rude to people trying to help you. first try upping your protein and in general eat more. you are very small do not worry about cutting and 6 percent bf. you will look like a skinny retard. you also need your rest and should stick with heavy basic movements in the gym-squats,deads, rows,bench etc.. hope this helped and a little tip don't be a fucking mouth peice,peace,luke
 
Only 10 lbs??!! Your Susta must be fake. Or you're missing something big on your diet- rest- trainning.
Today begins week 6 of my Susta@500mg-Winstrol@500mg cycle and at the moment I gained
24lbs. And I just can eat 4 meals getting only 200gr of protein every day.
Try to find out what's wrong. Good luck.
 
It looks like you spend more money on gear than you do on food.

My suggestion:

Stop buying protein shakes and go to the meat department of the grocery store. Buy some steaks, porkchops, ground beef, whatever.

What's with the egg whites and chicken ? That's no bodybuilder diet... eat some wholesome food.
 
MY FIRST cycle was also 500mg sust, 400mg deca(the first 4 weeks i only shoot 250mg sust and 200mg deca!!)but i trained really hard for 6 years eat a shitload of food and proteine. you want to know what i gained???

29lbs in 8weeks!!!!! and not to muchwater and fat so thatsnice for a first cycle.

ithink that if you want to use steroids you have to be training really hard for a long time. i think you should be in a stadium that you actually train to hard for your body and that you feel you need extra power/recovery stuff. than shoot some AS!!

you train 3 times a week? only 45 min a day? no red head during heavy excercice???? no screaming during heavy excercice??? than you are not readdy for gear!!!
 
Hey man, a mate of mine had 11 inch arms (not flexed or pumped), he took a sustanon cycle of only 5 weeks, consisiting of only 1 amp a week, and he went from 136lbs to 150 IN JUST 5 WEEKS.
He was still having sex all the time, not sleeping well, but his diet was great.
He had been training ON AND OFF for 2 years though and he had determination and dedication in what he was doing, so you need to dedicate yourself, have patience and be happy with what gains you have.
Eat plenty, have enuff rest and you will see the gains.

JUST REMEMBER:
IF YOU KEEP WORRIYING WHY YOUR NOT GAINING ANYTHING,YOU MIGHT NOT, SO STOP WORRYING AND JUST CONCENTRATE ON OTHER THINGS THEN GAINING LIKE LIFTING AND EATING.:D :D
 
12inch arms have no right to be taking steroids..........

15inch arms (plus) have a right to take steroids...

This is logical, since it assumes a certain amount of natural training beforehand..........

I assume that you haven't been traing right - because you don't know how to train!!!

Sorry, but that is my thoughts. If you want help in how to make 12 inch arms 15inch by training naturally.. then PM me.. I'll tell you what worked for me... It will take you 1-3 years... working on the premise that 1inch on the arms = 1 stone (14lbs) overall bodyweight gain...
 
First, as others have said, get the diet right. I get so full some days that I almost feel sick, and it works!
Second, how are you traning? I wasted alot of time in the past training incorrectly. Overtraining, and not doing sets to failure. You have to let your muscles rest and you have to do your sets to failure (until you can't do another rep, but you try anyway). Every rep you do up until the one where you reach failure is just preparing you for the ONE REP that really counts, and that's the last one, the one you don't even really do because it's the failure rep. Do 3-4 sets to failure, then give that muscle group at least 3 days to recover.

The results come at different times for different people. Eat right, train right, and with what you're doing, the results will come.

oh, and try not to sear at those that offer advice....

...you have 12inch arms and you are using steroids, therefore you will be flamed.
