Ending week 6 Sust - No great gains???

I just ended week 6 of my Sust 500mg week Deca 400mg week cycle and I have gained 10 lbs only, and 5 of that was in the last week to 10 days. Is the kick gonna realy start now or am I screwed? I know my gear is legit (Got redijets from reliable source). Don't get me wrong I have made some improvements but I was hoping for more, alot more. Shoould I just be patient for then next 4 weeks, can I expect a big jump now, should I have gotten a big jump yet??? Any input is appreachiated..
 
well if I where u I would ask myself if my diet was right on almost to a science...then look at oyur workout routine, are u getting enough rest (8hrs). is this your first cycle?

but 10lbs is good so just work on eatting right and u should see some more results...

by the way how much has your ench gone up since u started? just curious
 
yea take a minute and post your entire diet and your entire workout routine, that would help us better evaluate your cycle...
 
Okay 1st Cycle for me

I eat mostly Chicken and Pasta and Fish and eggwhites

I drink 1-2 Myoplex shakes a day

I started out at 162 Lbs I now weight 172

I was/am tiny, I started out with 12" arms (Not flexed or pumped) now they are 13.5"

I added 40lbs to my bench

I have not been getting the protein I should I know, But I just today decided "FUCK I BETTER GET OFF MY ASS AND GET SOME DAMN PROTEIN" - Is it too late for me???

I want 185 at end of cycle, I am going right into a winny/prop/clen cutting cycle when done, and I have clomid for the end of that. I was 14% bf when I started, I want to end at 6% when I am done with the winn/clen/prop

week 1-10 Sustanon 500MG
week 1-10 Deca 400MG
week 11-18 Test Prop 100mg E.o.d
week 13-18 Winny (TTokkyo tabs) 50mg E.D.
week 11-12, 15-16, 19-20 Clen 80mcg a day
4 Days after last prop shot-
Clomid 300MG day 1, 50mg day /100mg day/50mg day thereafter (3 weeks)

Then if I am still a tiny fuck, I will run anavar for 6-8 weeks then do a Test Enthanate and A-Bomb cycle...

DUDE, you sound like you havent even been lifting for long. how many years of lifting did it take you to get those 12" guns,jesus, all you need to do is eat sleep and train, shit you are 14% bf at 162lbs, you dont need steriods.

Well tell me what it is I need then KingKong. What you did not have to start anywhere HUH, I supposed you were born 250lbs 6% BF HUH? No I don't think so, and if you were, then I WANT THE CYCLE YOUR MOM DID! No I have not been lifting long, but about 2 years ago I lifted consistant for a year, and made no real good gains to make me want to stay with it, I have done more in the past 6 weeks than I did in a year natural before.... If you don't have any helpful advise for me then please keep your fucking mouth shut..

So wut ur saying is that you lifted for a year straight, gave up, now u wanna come back hard w/ a cycle and expect to be fuckin huge? U made no commitment whatsoever!! Get the fuck off juice, go look up commitment in the dictionary, hit the gym for a few years naturally, THEN get back to us u little shit. Peace
