end of cycle update

let me know what you guys think. I think i look sloppy, i didn't comp for these pics leading up to it. all i did was cleanse the night before with tea and watermelon and then do some cardio in the morning before the pics. my vascularity is nice in the arms, and my muscle mass is pretty good. weighed in at 193 at 5 6 which is pretty big for that height.. body fat is around 12%


yeah you don't need to run 2 grams or even 1 gram of juice to get good results. my strength is sensational. nailed 355 on the bench for a new PR.

ran tren E 400mg a week for about 8 weeks
ran var at 60mg for 6 weeks then 80 for 2 additional weeks. i still have var left over i will save for another time.

i had NTBM protein bars, NTBM whey protein, hcgenerate, N2guard, caber, some gear/creatine here and there. and i had a few more supps like forged burner sporadically.

generally i hit the gym 6X per week until the last 2 weeks when i only went 4-5X per week.

let me know if you have any questions or comment away on the pics. half my body i swear never gets flexed like the other, i suck at posing.


am i pleased with this cycle? yes i am, however i am not pleased overall and would like to get to 205 and maybe drop down to 10% body fat in the next year or two. but yeah based on peoples comments to me at the gym and other places I look like a beast.

just var and tren. like keeping cycles small dosages and running no more than 2 compounds at a time.

would be interesting to see if i ran a bigger cycle what kind of results i would get, but whats the hurry?

Being that you didnt mention test I had just wondered if maybe you stuck in 125mg wk or so as a TRT almost.
I myself am going to make another go at tren this june but i will be using a 375mg wk test base.

I think if you ran a big cycle you would see the amount of gains you would expect. But as you said, no rush.

lets just say the person who was taking the pics was a pain in the ass to deal with and after a few pics i told them to get lost. would of liked to get leg pics too, will have to take them myself though and post them later.

the stuff really works well.. it covers pumps, bp, and every other side of tren. its a must run if you run tren for sure. didn't know how good it was until my bottle ran out

Now that right there is some real hands on example of N2guard. You just convinced me to run it when I run tren ace soon.
 
^^^ yeah if you read the ingredients it has taurine, milk thistle, a bunch of bp helping herbs. pretty much what bodybuilders take anyway but its all in 1. you do have to take 7 caps of it a day which can be a bitch but its well worth it rather than taking 10 different things

my last tren run i got nasty pumps in my arms when i would go heavy, not this time so its got an ample amount of taurine to do the job

My normal BP would be something like 126/66. With test right now its averaging like 132/72 which is still perfectly fine with me.
But I know that when I start tren its likely to get up into 140+/80+ so I was planning on using the stock of metoprolol lopressor I have on hand that I was able to stop taking 2x ed after I lost 45 lb last year.
But I think I will give N2guard a shot at it until/if it wanders too high.

Sometimes you really dont know how good something is until you stop using it. (i found this out with GHRP-2 recently)

Running Tren A and a whole lot more right now and 3 days into the N2guard all sides have subsided.

Looks good. U have great bulk look. The mass u have from shoulder to shoulder is nice and full. The peak u have on the traps are nice like damn Goldberg. Whats ur bread and butter exercise for them? Keep training like a freak brotha.

Holy shit dude. You ready to do a show for shits and giggles?

having too much fun right now as a gym rat. I'm thinking a few more years to see how things progress, i was at a show tonight.. its pretty grueling to have to sit backstage for a couple hours waiting for your turn especially after comping for weeks for it. were over 200 competitors in different categories.. and of course the general men's categories are last. older men, teens, and females go first. so not sure if i want to go through all that right now for a trophy. would like to see more of you guys on here compete though, i wonder if anyone on EF was competing tonight.. sorry i left early if you were lol

Train like a freak

i'm blessed with massive traps since I was a teen and started lifting. I like to go heavy on them with a straight bar and shrug 5 or 6 reps for 4 sets on my pull days. also i do a lot of pullups/dips which help too across the board, full motion and a lot of reps. i've been known to do 15X10's on pullups.. and on dips with 45 pounds i do 25X4. its time consuming and brutale but they both pay off... even though i carry a lot of mass for my height you would be surprised at how many pullups and weighted dips i can do. just been working at them for a long time and I like to go for a lot of reps

I have a friend who's a judge/BB'er/trainer...he said he could put 5 pounds on me and put me on stage.....

great work bro... at 5'6" thats so huge... i mean fuck, thats what i weight at 6'1"... i know we train a bit differently but thats just great size man... its a one step at a time thing... you got the size, you can keep that size and cut it up and fuck man! excellent work and always great insight on how to run cycles effectively... it doesn't need to be complicated and your a prime example... great work! you will definitely be able to get that 205 and 10%...

Awesome job and awesome progress for such a simple cycle. I'm a fan of keeping it simple. I hope to look that good with my shirt off at when i'm your age. Pretty interesting to see that cycle went so well with out any Test and I'm sold on N2guard. I've been taking throughout my Beast, Test, Var cycle and the days I don't take it I can tell. It should be a must in any cycle oral or injectable. I"m on 60mg of var right now been about 10 days. Starting to notice more vascualrity and strength. I'm ready to see how it does after 5 weeks of running it. I may bump to 80 for the last week or 2.... Steve would you run the tren any higher if you were to do it again? Awesome job man. You obviously have your diet and training dead on. Props to you.

well the way I like to run AAS is to not depend on it to grow muscle. I rely on my diet and training then use AAS to give me a kick to the next level. i've never used more than 900mg a week of juice and that was primo and test.

not sure what I will do next time but i am looking forward to pct and my bridge. i actually enjoy this phase a lot.. i get so sick of having to take pills and injections after a while. its nice to just take a few supplements and thats it.

The question here is what will it all look like when you get properly lean bro :)

I've been lean before 6% body fat.., thats not the look I am going for right now. not sure why some guys can't grasp that. I'm also not going for the chunky powerlifter look either with my gut hanging over my belt.

the 8 pack 150 pound look is cool when you are 19 or 20 and chasing immature pussy in college, but i'm in my 30's and choose to have the build of a mature man with major muscle mass.

my goal is to continue building muscle mass and keeping body fat in the low teens. if the day comes i choose to compete I can drop my body fat easily 3-4% in the weeks ahead of it.. i've done it before and know how its done. but right now thats not what I am shooting for.

EAT BIG, LIFT BIG. thats how its done if you want real muscle mass. not lean muscle.. this is why guys who are young struggle to put on muscle, they still eat mcdonalds, pizza, and cookies. and they stand in front of the mirror for 30 minutes at the gym doing curls because they lift small to stay small

yeah its nice to be able to bench 3 plates for 6 or 7 reps while the dude next to you is half a foot taller and the same weight and doesn't even have 2 plates on there.

I've always loved being strong, in fact most all bodybuilders started out as powerlifters when they were younger. i think its a great way to build muscle memory lifting big.. granted as i said above i don't want the gut over belt look ever.. i'm happy in the low to mid teens in body fat.. if i start inching over 14 or 15% body fat then i back off and get that knocked down..

also I am very carb heavy in my diet, granted its clean carbs, but its still carbs.. and i currently do a light 20-30 minute walk almost everyday, nothing intense at all.. so it will be difficult to get under 10% unless i either up my cardio or i carb and sugar deplete, which I would only be prepared to do to prepare for a show. heck i just ate a bowl of blackberries, another bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar, and another bowl of brown rice/okra. back to back to back.
