end of cycle help please!

hi guys been cidoteston 250mg aweek a low dose for 16 weeks along with 4iu of growth evry second day.i dont want to come off but i know its time for break!the last 4 weeks will be end of november which ive added proviron 100mg aday.im now looking for help with PCT - post cycle therapy - can you help me out guys with when to start HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - clomid?as i usualy start stright after last lost shot of test but now ive been told 2 weeks after?im gona go on glutimene on PCT - post cycle therapy -

You should be taking glutamine everytime you lift.

Start your pct 1 week after last shot. Do 1500ius e3d for 2 week and then start your clomid at 50mgs ed for 4 weeks. Personally I would use dermicrine sus with the clomid, it's good shit bro.

if you were using a long ester yeah you can start HCG the day after your last shot or up to one week after the last shot. The important thing is not to wait until the test clear your system because at that point you are high estrogen + extremely low test = highly catabolic state. If you start HCG the day after or one week after, once test clear your system your body will be already in the recovery process.

And yeah add dermacrine sustain. Will do wonders for you.

I'm not sure about the glutamine. It won't do much. If you're looking for an anti catabolic drink that'll help maintain size, go with BIG BLAST.

I also think 1500 of HC G is way too much and I'd also stay away from Clomid. So, sorry iceman but it looks like I'm pretty much in disagreement with you on everything except the Dermacrine Sustain.
I'd also add some UNLEASHED in there to get your free T as high as possible as quickly as possible.

Go with the clomid and HCG combo bro. It should work just fine for you. Dont let others confuse you(not directed towards anyone particular). Clomid and HCG have been used for a long time and are both tried and tested.
