nips are still a bit puffy from my dbol accident (fatty deposits) 3 years back. they look fine when im cold now so i put i tiny bit of clear tape on them to keep them looking like that. its a temporary fix that works.

you can see the amount of fat ive lost from my chest, i cant wait till i have full pectoral definition......

you should get some triomucase creme for your nips and apply when you need them to shrink, I have slight gyno and the triomucase tightens the skin so much that the gyno is not visible for a photo shoot/contest.
