Well guys. It's damn near the end.
Here's some information.
Starting weight 165.5 body fat 13%
Current weight 175.8 body fat 9.7%
Cycle:
500mg test ew
500mg mast ew
60mg var ed 7-14
Pct is
Unleashed post cycle combo
Forma
Clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
I felt like I was a late bloomer lol. I started feeling the peak effects around week 8.
Bench went from Reping 225 to Reping 275.
Squatting went from 200lbs Repping to 315 (until my knee got fucked up)
Currently still taking it easy.
Standing dumbbell curls went from 40-55 pound dumbbells.
All these stats above are 8-10 reps 4 sets each.
I really feel like I made some progress.
My diet towards the end started to get a little shitty. But I did give it my all to stay on top of it. I'm going to jump into pct here soon. And I'm going to start truly focusing on diet and training routines. I have a body building competition in June of 2013. I'm going to do my 100% best and come on stage with confidence. My next cycle will be a bulk cycle and it will start in January. Thanks for all of your support! You guys are great.
