end 1st cycle pics and observations!

My cycle:

10 weeks

1-10 QV EQ 400 mgs/wk
1-10 Test Enathanate 250 mgs/wk
1-4 D-bol Naposim 20-25 Mgs day
Proviron 50 mgs day through cycle
Will start HCG shot 2500 IU every five days for a total of four shots

Clomid or Nolva after...haven't decidedwhich one yet . have a million tabs of both

No Anti-E's (nolva, liquidex on hand but not used)

My observations:

1. I can't wait for my second cycle.

2. D-bol is a great drug. Huge strength increases while on it! Lower back pumps way to intense. Also intense shoulder pumps. Was sorry to have to quit afte week four but was surprised to see that I didn't lose any strength. I kept going with the injectibles.

3. Initially ate 5000 calories a day, but backed down to 3500. 5000 was killing me. Felt horrible.

4. Started at 175 no idea about BF but really lean. Ended at 198 still pretty lean at 5"11".

5. Strength through the roof. Some days were downright scary. Biggest strength increases on squats, weighted dips, shoulder press and deadlifts.

6. Didn't really get the Eq appetite, but still ate a lot. That's the hardest part about being on is eating all that damn food.

7. Girlfriend dumped me mid cylce and that affected me. Lost a good 10 days due to no motivation. Bitch.

8. Shots are painless. No reason to fear them.

All in all I'm satisfied. No real side effects. No acne which I was terrified of, but I had a prescription for Differin so that may have helped. No real bloating or signs of gyno. I was up to 210, but taht was when I was eating 500o a day. It wasn't worth it. I felt like shit and looked like shit. The bloat was from food. I increased strength in almost every work out...so as long as that was happening, I was satisfied.

I'm starting to piece together cycle #2 scheduled for mid to lat summer. I will go get bloodwork done in a couple months to see where I am.

Hope thishelps some newbies, well I am a newbie, but hope this helps. Satisfied with a low dose cycle.

just watch out for the ACNE, mine didnt kick in til a month after, took like 2 damn months to get it under control
 
Yeah the ACNE didn't kick in for me either until the first week of clomid, then it got pretty bad for a few weeks. Clearing up nicely now though.
 
Great job! And your cycle looked good too although I probably would have not used the d-bol. I am impressed that you were able to keep your quanities low. Everyone always wants to overdo it when they start and it can really mess you up. You made great gains and it proves that more is not always better. Looks like you are going about this the right way....keep getting the blood work done, that is very important. See ya around the board.

Also by keeping ur dosages low u have room to increase them on second cycle without "overdoing" it!
 
I am planning that same cycle without the dbol. But I was going to do the test at 500mg /wk. Is 250 enough then? It will be my first cycle.
 
Did you concetrate more on your arms then the rest of you?

Good size tho! Your arms just look a bit bigger than the rest of you. Not degrading just noticing.

First of all, great job, you look good.

second of all, anyone who thinks almost 800 mg a week of gear is a "low dose" is terribly mistaken.

Dont forget to keep working hard post cycle, rest, sleep and bump your calories up about 500, use your post cycle drugs and you should keep all your gains.

Damn, looks like the acne monster is still out there after all. That's why I'm kinda afraid to take clomid because I've read a lotta people break out on it. That's what's great about the board. Until I get more experience I just kinda lurk on here and soak in all the information.

Warmachine--maybe you're right. Low dose was not the correct term. Moderate dose would be better. I said low dose because of the test and d-bol. Most of the bros on here seem to run 500 minimum for test and 35-50 minimum for D-bol. Same for eq, most say 300-400 is the lowest you can run to see benefit. I was gonna run Deca with the test at 200 mgs a week, but you guys scared me off it. I want my balls to produce quality swimmers.

Eagle--my arms grow like mad, i work them directly ever other push/pull workout. I kinda have a small rib cage so I've gotta be careful so I don't over do it.
