Once a week is fine. Its less aggravation and I can't imagine the results being any better if you shot it twice a week.

Are you guys breaking out during the 5th or 6th week on that? I have been using t-200 from Tornel, 400mg a week and broke out bad. I never had this with Mex sust. I finished 10 weeks worth and broke out like bitch.
