Ems....electronic Muscle Stimulation....effective Or A Fluke?

QUESTION....IS THIS A FLUKE?

I was getting my dose of Sunday afternoon TV when an Abtronic ad came on....I know the concept of EMS is nothing new but it's so affordable now that it's hard to not give it a try. Have ANY of you had any success with EMS?

They used it on me in physiotherapy. They put it on the front head of the shoulder: I was definetly sore the next day.

What I have read and seen is that it works great on physical therapy and when needed for small amount of stimulation.As far as actully muscil growth it's very unlikly to stimulate them enough to grow.

I do have one, but its a profesionnal one that only sold to
fitness or healt profesionnal, cost an arm.
But you cant even compared it with the bogus stuffs on tv

damn, the article said it is no good on small muscle groups. I was going to use one of those things on my calves in addition to pgf2 injections.
