This training was a killer after it my chest was really tired the same of my shoulders and triceps... really tired..
Also I been in the diet very strict for 2 weeks... The last body weight 3 weeks ago was 200 lbs I tested it on Day1 Monday and I'm 184 lbs...
So it's great..
