I started working out at 19 when I had my first body fat % test. lol.

I was 115 pounds but had like 25% bf. Started working out right then and now its the only way I can drink without gaining too much

I have a twin sister who was sig. lower bf than me and she was already working out. Cant let myself be the fatty twin.
