The Stim wouldn't a substitute for lifting, but rather an addition if it is worth doing(and the concensus seems to be that it aint, obviously). I'm not lazy, and I do my share of gym work, I assure you. More than most, at least where I am from. I was just wondering its' effectiveness in general is all. Reason I asked actually was because I was watching that new Football show on ESPN2 last night. "The Playmakers" I believe it is called? Anyhow, the QB was hooked up to one, and a lightbulb went off.
