Elbow Pain

I STARTD HAVING A LITTLE PAIN A FEW MONTHS AGO ONLY WHEN I DID OVERHEAD EXTENTIONS, PUSHDOWNS, AND SKULL CRUSHERS. NOW THOUGH ITS VERY PAINFUL,I WENT UP IN WEIGHT ON ALL THREE EXERCISES RECENTLY(WONDER WHY...) AND ITS PAINFUL. RIGHT ON THE ELBOW ITS TENDOR, IF YOU TOUCH IT IT HURTS. ANYONE HAD THIS OR HEARD OF IT, I HAVE 4 WEEKS LEFT ON THIS CYCLE AND NED TO KEEP LIFTING.WHATS THE BEST REHAB, ANYBODY. THANKS
 
The best therapy is to stop!! But that's probably out of the question, huh?
Anyway, get some elbow wraps and do execises that don't put as much stress
on the elbow.
 
this may seem like a weird question but believe me it really isn't? Do you have any numbness in your hand?It's usually most noticable at night.

I had alot of elbow pain while coming off of my last cycle and I could not do any lifting for about a week maybe more but it eventually went away.

I've had the same problem off and on for years. You have to stop doing exersizes that aggrevate it. For me that was overheads and skullcrushers. I switched to close grip, and pressdowns, dips, reverse pressdowns.
It will go away once you completely stop aggrevating it. Mine would be almost well, then I'd hit skullcrushers again and be back were I was. Once it is healed do higher reps with the exersizes that bother it, or put them later in the workout when the tri's are fatigued.
I know exactly what your going thru... sux huh?
 
TENDONITIS SUCKS

Here is what my orthopedist has me do, and he knows about the AAS.

Along with the milk thistle you should be taking anyway, and during the part of your cycle that does not have 17aa steroids use:

800mg Ibuprofen 3 times spaced throughout the day
1000mg Tylenol 4 times throughout the day, with one dose before bed time.....This was reccomended AFTER I refused antother cortizone shot and told him I was not going to stop lifting.

He said these doses WILL NOT cause liver problems.

He said rest is best. He also said do not wait for them to hurt to take Ibuprofen, he said the key to its anti-inflammatory magic is keeping blood levels contant...I said kind of like d-bol huh...I laughed...he did not.

I also have severe elbow pain right now. I heard something pop in my elbow about 4 weeks ago when I was doing preacher curls. The pain has gotten so bad that I havent lifted any weights for the past 3 weeks. However I swing a hammer for a living so it's only getting worse. I've tried using a brace with magnets, anti-inflamatories,and icy hot. It really sucks because I've lost 12 pounds. I was supposed to be starting another cycle on monday. What else can you do to rehab an injury like this without taking time off?
 
THANKS ALOT GUYS, IT SOUNDS LIKE I HAVE TO SUBSTITUTE DIFFERENT EXCERSISES INSTEAD OF OVERHEADS AND SKULLCRUSHERS, ILL DO WHAT ANABOLIC/24 DID AND DO CLOSEGRIPS AND PUSHDOWNS, BECAUSE ONCE I GET MY TRICEP FATIGUED I CAN HANDLE IT BETTER, ITS STILL THERE BUT IT DOESNT HURT AS MUCH. THANKS AGAIN GUYS
 
I HAD THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!!!!!! It was remedied last week by a massage therapist. I actually had a knot on my scapula/rear delt area. She worked it out, did extensions the next day with no prob. This was 2 weeks ago. Elbow starting to get sore again, must go in and get it worked out again. She said this was very typical in people who do a lot of heavy rowing (ME).

mine was a bitch for a week or more tried mineral ice and believe it or not it started feeling better in a couple of days........RADAR
 
I had tennis elbow in one arm and golfers elbow in the other. I had a cortizone shot that helped very little. After doing research on the net, I found that working my forearms (which I typically neglected before) the pain eventually faded away.
 
I feel for you there bro, I have had the exact same thing in the past and am still bothered with it occassionally, I stopped doing skull crushers for a while and it went away but, as soon as I started it up again it came back, I also get it from front press, I take the bar down to touch the chest before driving it back up and right at the lowest point the tendon always gives me a nasty shock. Also get numbness like pins and needles in my hand and fingers. I cured it by changing to a 1 body part a day routine.
 
Ive got tendonitis in my left elbow/forearm and it sucks. what i did is switch my routine for more rest it looks like this.
1) chest
2) back
3) bis-forearms
4) off
5) shoulders-neck
6) tris-calves
7) legs
8) off

since i started this the pain has eased up alot with the extra recovery, plus i can do a few more sets per bodypart and still recover.
(plus a little ttokkyo deca-300 helps):D
 
having the same problems in both elbows really agrivated from two handed tricep kickbacks with 130lb dumbell (way to heavy stresses joints, my bench press is unaffected was told its tennis elbow. I was also taking tren which I heard causes problems cause it blocks bodys natural coridizone levels, I quit tren (heard the same thing with winny) takin a few weeks off to, the pain is gone, also taking naproxins
 
when i first started using juie, i started getting some elbow pain and i evaluated what i was doing. i was not working the forarms. i have always neglected them. once i started working forarms the pain in my elbows went away. i dont have elbow pain anymore sincei incorperated forarm exercises.
