after the first time, i could only do concentration curls ... nothing else would stabilize my elbow for a pain free arm workout. then when i did my right elbow the first time, i couldn't do any db work for that triceps. back to rehab doing wrist curls and stretching. the last time, i was in so much pain i had to do them with pinky neoprenes and work up from there. if it weren't for the throbbing i'd be more pissed right now.
