Egg whites cant eat them how can

egg whites go well with a lot of things.. you can add anything..just plain salt & pepper, ketchup, spicy mustards, salsa, that fake butter spray, cottage cheese, feta, cooked oatmeal.. i like to keep it simple and just add salt, pepper and ketchup
 
my usual bfast is 1-2 slices of smoked turkey breast, throw in a non-stick pan with the spray, add 4-8 egg whites,scramble or make omlete style, at the end add a bit of non fat cheese or feta..BAM put on a plate and add hot sauce,good to go..

when i want a change i try this one

in a blender:
6 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup quick oats
3 packets of slenda
a nice pinch of cinnamin

blend till smooth
spray a non stick pan and cook like pancakes,makes 2 cakes

spray the cakes with the butter spray and top with non fat/sugar syrup-but not much,

I too do the splenda and cinnamon. I put the cinnamon in the pan on top the whites and let it cook in and then when done put on the plate and sprinkle the splenda and let in sort of melt on top so it's not all grainy.
 
I like:

4-5 whites + 1 yolk & cook the whites but leave the yolk runny....

Top with black pepper &/or hot sauce....

Salsa....

Sprinkle of shredded cheese...(like 1-2 tblsp.)...

Hard-boiled with black pepper....

Make an omelet with leftover meats (chicken, turkey, steak, ground beef, ground turkey) + leftover veggies or just scramble the eggs with the cooked meats/veggies.
 
last year i got curious and di what coleman was doing in his video. mixing eggwhites in with plain and cheese grits and it was not bad at all. some would frown on the grits though but it beats eating that crap by itself.

Ever eat a raw egg?? It tastes like nothing. The only thing you have to get over is the texture. I only eat raw eggs since the long protien chains get damaged/destroyed by whipping, beating or cooking. A few raw egg eating tips:
1. make sure the egg was stored and handled properly and is fresh
2. crack egg open and place in glass. Check for anything that doesn't look normal. Blood in fertile eggs is normal so just spoon it out.
3. before consuming egg, smell the inside of shell for any scents. There shouldn't be any.

If you follow those 3 steps, you'll be fine. My wife still gives me crap about salmonella and what not. Also, I was really grossed out by the feeling of egg in my mouth. I would take small sips of egg and follow it immediately with a spoonful or 2 of crushed pineapple. Now I could down an egg without even flinching. Once you get comfortable with it, you'll find that it's a very quick way of eating all the egg you want. And to answer your first question, eat it with crushed pineapple! :)
 
I looooooooove omelets!!!

4 egg whites + 1 whole egg (or sometimes I do 5 whites)
mix in spinach, chopped green and red peppers, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, sometimes if I have leftover chicken I'll dice that up and toss that in too
cook that up, sprinkle a little cheddar cheese on one half and fold it over

YUMMY.
 
i scramble 12 egg whites and 1 yoke with a small amount of skim milk. i do like to use some salsa from time to time to give it some flavor
