Efficiency

I can't do zerchers worth shit with a thick bar, I've got stumpy little arms like you bro and the bar wont sit right.

405 for 5 is great, very impressive especially at 200 and change.

i would add another day in there and do some different things. use a pinch block..really easy to make...heres some ideas for ya. http://www.ironmind.com/griptip.shtml i dont have a strong grip or anything but mine improved alot when i started doin it 3 times a week w/different exercises.
