EF Was Represented Well today/DE show!!

Went to the NPC East Coast Classic today & worked my butt off - for FREE!! The highlight of my day was meeting up with the varied people I knew, who never fail to remind me of WHY I love this sport!!

Got to meet with Ischia and Bluehen.....Ischia is a doll!! She is Super Gorgeous in person, such a friendly, nice person and she just looked great on stage.....Beautiful suits!! She has a good stage presence and I think she will go far onstage.....

Bluehen - WOW!! Talk about wings...jeez!! They called for Front Lat spread & his back seemed to just unfold and spread out......He's a natural onstage, really....I got to kiss him on the cheek handing him a trophy... *blush*

I remember handing out some trophies, but I'm sorry to say I can't remember the placings....I was a bit stressed out backstage since I got unexpectedly put in CHARGE of all the trophies, labelling, unpacking, assembling, arranging, etc etc.....I know some hardware was given out tho

I know the girl who won the middleweight & overall Women's BB trophies - comes from power lifting & her first show. Shredded! Looks like a lot of fun!

I am finally back in Jersey!!! thank u so much for helping me out & screaming 4 me while on stage, U ROCK!! I realized you were busy w/ show, wow u really handled everything well!!!!

I placed 2nd in my height class & BlueHen placed 1st in Heavy Weight & 2nd in Heavy Weight Open.... so we r both qualified 4 nationals 4 the next 2 years!!! which means i have a lot of work to do .....Thx again 4 all ur help u r so awesome!!!...

My coworker/training buddy/partner in crime, S., who didnt even place at BodyRock, won her class AND the Overall Figure !!! She just got back to the gym and was so pumped up she damn near beat me over the head with her trophy!!!

A HUGE congrats to you all: your strength and determination is beyond inspiring!

If i had a hat, it would be off with a flourish as I bow to you all.
