After talking (begging and apologizing
) to Needto and BRR--with my big mouth hat-in-hand they have graciously let me return
and I will do my best to help where I can.
Few things about me:
(1) I think AAS is best if you have years of natty training and I am a jerk about this.
(2) If I don't know I will not BS you.
(3) I am an endurance guy who played with trying to get big for a long time but found I like the former much more so I can help with basics, sport-specific, weight (un)control....and have tried almost everything--for better and worse.
(4) I know about as much about contest prep and flying a spaceship.
(5) less is usually more and I truly believe that all the ancillaries/supplements/diet are as or more important than the gear itself.
