ECA - SUX Now off please help want to put on 5lbs of muscle with low fat.

I was on ECA for many weeks on a strict diet low carb just got off ECA.

I have lost to much muscle on this stuff Now I try to lift and Its crap. Any suggestions. I have been off of this now I am all out of wack. It does rip the fat off of you but perserve muscle like it claims?? I think If I got more sleep 8 more hours I would have a few more pounds of muscle. I hope to never get that fat again to have to result to this stuff.


Anyways before I diet again, I need some suggestions, should I bulk to gain my muscle + glycogen for a few weeks back before I diet again, I dont want to diet down and be less than 180 because I was at 180 with totally carb depleated the other day looking preaty awesome but I had atlest 5-7 lbs to lose to get my other bottom abbs to show.

I am 185 right now after eating as much as I can yesterday night before bed with out pukeing- I know you will probally say this is bad and I know but I lost to much weight to quick on ECA now my body is out of wack coming off the shit.

and I would like to beable to gain mucle and lose bodyfat or and suggestions for me, I dont want to be skinny with abbs but I want abbs with muscle.

I think their is goods and bads about high protein starvation diets, goods you can get ripped fast and everyone is amazed. The bads, your muscles suffer a little.


I used to be fat 220 last summer at 20% bodyfat. I deided to do something about it for a new years resolution.

I am happy I am leaner but very disippointed how small I got and how much my strength droped. I guess I really found out how much muscle I really have.

How can I gain atlest 5 lbs of mucle without gaining a ounce of fat? What diet should I do? I want to be ripped at 185, not 173.

Well, it could have been due to your diet that you lost the muscle or some other factors. A lot of times when you diet you lose strength, but that can also be due to a bunch of factors.

ECA is not loved by everyone. Same with clen, some swear by it some hate it.

You can gain muscle without gaining tons of fat, but I don't think (unless you juice) that you could do it in the time frame that you want (quickly in time to get to the beach). Good Luck.Peace
