I was selling a bunch of items on Ebay. 5 in total. 2 transactions went smooth. People sent funds immediately. The 3 remaining auctions were won by some beatch . She hasnt contacted me or sent funds since the auctions ended 4 days ago. The fucked up thing is she is a powerseller with crazy positive feedback (4000+ transactions) ..so whats the next step for me? I figured wait another day and then just relist. Im not going to give her negative feedback because all she has to due is give me negative and im fucked for future transactions due to her reputation.

I'd leave neg. feedback.

If she is able to leave neg. feedback for you ; contact ebay and they will remove it.

What steps should I follow before Relisting?

Try and contact her one more time. Tell her that you will report the item unpaid if she does not contact you within 24 hours.

Then if you dont hear from her ; report item unpaid ; then leave her neg. feedback ; and then relist!

do you know why im hesistant to make threats.... One time I sold some dude a laptop . He "assumed" the laptop had a DVD-RW drive, I never stated anywhere in the specs it had a DVD-RW drive nor did I put anything in the auction to mislead anyone. So I refused to pay for a dvd drive for this dickhead and he gave me negative feedback saying I sold him a bum laptop. It fucked up my future auctions and items didnt sell for as much money. Im not a big time seller...I have sold maybe 10 items in total over a few years.

If she has not contacted you in 4 days, report her to ebay. They will then contact her and then get back to you, or she buyer will. Let it ride for a few days, and see what Ebay can do for you before you leave any negative.

that sucks!!!! Well, letting her know that you are going to report the item as unpaid is hardly a threat. You are trying to resolve it first before reporting it as unpaid. If you dont do that she can leave neg. feedback. If you do ; she wont be able to anymore. It wont hurt your feedback at all. You would have been better off refunding the laptop money to the other guy and relisting it since he was not going to be happy anyway ; to avoid the neg. feedback on that transaction.

But if an item is reported unpaid she cant leave neg. feedback so it wont hurt your feedback rating.

see if you can contact her first... sometimes in the event you change cc's or have a cc that is expired and have to fix all that with pay pal it takes time before you can use your card for purchases. It's only been 4 days, give her past the weekend and then if by monday there is no communication from her at all... report it... put neg feedback... alot of people think the way you are thinking because of her (or others) history... but in the end if she's a lemon and no one reports it... then she will continue to be a lemon.

I looked at her feedback "buying" and "Selling" it said " great ebayer, super fast payment" on every damn transaction..lol..im like why did she decide to be a douche with me?? lol I emailed her 2x with the invoice. I guess I will give it a couple more days.

prolly due to the fact that after building a rep that was solid, she slacks here and there and the seller doesn't want to give her neg because they don't want neg... so they give positive. I = it to the K system here... you give me green I give you green...

Sure she has had other instances, but made ammends.

I'd give her a weekend TOPS... then out the bizzle for whom she really is.

have you contacted her maybe she waiting on you. You can contact ebay on nonpayment.

If you relist ebay will hit you up with more fees on the same items! Contact ebay 1st.

I just had someone do the same. It went for a week unpaid and I sent several emails... finally they paid for it Paypal and everything went smooth. Some peeps get busy if they have a business to run. I didn't relist because it was a $50 auction and didn't care. Maybe she will get back to you.

I love ebay...I have over 400 feedbacks and I have rarely sold anything...if she has that many positive feedbacks something might be wrong....maybe sick or something...I was out from work and didn't realize I won something and by the time I got back I was left neg feedback...I had always paid day of winning but that time I just couldn't.

well i forgot to mention she emailed me the day of the auction ending asking to send her a total price...since she bought all three items , in that situation you combine them so the shipping is less. i respsonded that same day which was 4 days ago...so I know she is alive and kickin.

the lady finally responded, sent the funds and apologized . She said she was really sick this week and became backed up bigtime in her ebay transactions. i'm glad I didnt go off on her via email ..i would have felt like a dick.
