ok im ending week 6 of test/deca. i just got into an accident, pretty bad, im banged up, hopefully i dont feel horrible tomorrow. but if i feel bad, im goona take the rest of the week off and start fresh monday. (if i really cant do it). but if i do take these 3 days off how should i eat, the same, cut the carbs alittle?

Id stick to my diet. Maybe switch my Protein/Carbs ratio to up the Protein some.

Eat lean bro......you won't be burning the same amount of calories.........

Hey get rest and hope you get better...........

depends on your body. I tend to burn calories very easily so I would keep my diet the same. It's only three days.

If you tend to put on fat easily, I'd drop the calories slightly. Not too much because you'r body will need the nutrients to recover from the accident.

Hope all is well by monday.

Yea i would cut bake a little carbs and up proteins too. If its only a couple a days it wont hurt. Hope you can shake off the bangup soon. A year and a half ago i got hit with a cable that was pulling train cars down at work. Split my leg up and busted my ankle. Man i was in the middle of bulker and just had to lay on couch for 3 weeks. I could feel myself shrinking and my hard work going down the #$$$er!

Here's the bottom line if you're going to be relatively sedentary for a while: try as hard as you can to eat whole, unprocessed, natural foods. The rawer the better, i.e. oranges vs. orange juice, brown rice vs. rice cakes, etc. M'kay...

What I should have added is that the idea behind this is that your body knows how much it needs and it will tell you with your appetite. If you have a significant amount of "unatural" hypertrophy, you may want to supplement with a protein shake or two, but natural eating should work well.
