Eating after cardio

How do you guys approach eating post-cardio? More specifically, on a cutting diet. Basically I'm wondering what to eat (p,c,f %) and how long to wait. I understand that eating pre-cardio makes little sense if you’re trying to burn fat. I've never been clear on eating afterwards.

Well, by cutting are you talking about a CKD or something else? If I've had a REALLY intense workout I'll take 3 scoops (90 grams) of whey and mix that with 2 tablespoons of ANPB for flavor. An "intense" workout for me is about a 7-10 minute HIIT session on the punching bag to get loose, and then training to failure (whichever groups are on the schedule for that day).

It seems to work ok for me but I'm not sure if what I'm taking is a waste of protein.
 
I would wait no longer than an hour after cardio. But for pwo meal/shake while cutting I wouldn't use dairy products. Use two scoops of a protein powder usually 50g or so total and maybe 2 raw eggs if you can stand that with an artificial sweetner.
 
from everything i have read i wait a half hour after cardio to eat unless i am doing my cardio post workout then i eat right after
 
if it is a pro & fat meal that you are going to have i would say 15-20 min after cardio but if you are planing on throwing some carbs in there i would go with 45-60 min at least

Because one is aerobic while one is anaerobic. They then have different macronutrient requirements following the said activities.
