i don't agree w/ the majority here...the studies that your GF is reffering to are reports on SEDENTARY people...not bbers who TRAIN their bodies day in and day out and deplete themselves daily...drink lots of fluid and eat reasonably clean and i really don't see a porblem w/ eating often...now eating 10000 cals/day on bulking cycles...that,just doesn't sound right anyways...i'm referring to LEE PRIEST bulking diets where anything goes...NO WAY!besides,i'd rather eat like this,then like the rest of america...i mean just look at the majority and observe the health risks...????????
