Haha was just a general example rick but i drive through scottish mountains an if i forget food thers not much pickings plus i was curious also to answer as i dont forget food a lot

Simple solution. Sometimes you have to eat crap. SO what you do is try not to overeat and add a handful of these: Gear- The best protein supplemet around.
