Eat crap or not eat

due to life sumtimes u get caught out with no food an only food u can get ur hands on is crap ie pies crisps etc,basicly wat has more of negative effect on body going without food say 6hrs or eating crap say pies crisps?i ask as i drive an sumtimes if forget food only things accessible is junk out garages so would choice b do without til can eat clean or eat shit? An i know thers tons shit food etc but just in general
 
Id much rather eat shit foods then no food at all. Even cutler said if he doesnt eat processed/some bad food his body shrinks.
 
I will eat junk food in order to provide carbs for my body to burn b coz if i dont my body looks internally for energy sources which usually result in muscle breakdown. Like all thing its about moderation and not letting things like forgetting food become an everyday habit or an excuse for laziness. Thats me but someone else may not burn thru calories at my pace and may not need to resort to these options

If I have no other choice than to eat crap I at least try to find something with SOME protein in. But really if you know you've gotta drive a long way it shouldn't be too hard to pack something decent.

totally depends.. if you are young with high metabolism or underweight then definately go ahead and eat junk. lets say you are at the airport/mall and there is only fast food available.. go with a plain slice of pizza (meat toppings have too much sodium so get just plain pizza) over fried crap. the pizza is what i call dirty carbs but atleast it will hold you over.

now lets say you are overweight, then grab a piece of fruit or banana etc. i don't care where you are there is no way you cannot pack an apple or banana with you at all times
 
I think "bad food" is perfectly fine in moderation. I love a good burger, a nice loaded pizza, or a big philly cheese steak. The key is to not rely on these things very often. Eat mostly clean, and reserve these things as treats strategically placed to fit into your diet plan. It's what I do all the time and it works very well. I stay around 6% so I'd say I'm doing alright with it
 
If you are using steroids you cannot afford to be without food because you lose muscle.

If you are natural don't eat, you won't lose any ounce of muscle (Debunked myth) and you will burn some fat.

Fair enough.

This situation should only happen rarely. If you think and plan ahead, you can bring something. On the other hand (and I totally do this more often than I should) it is sometimes easier to be lazy, and just get something along the way.
Food at work sucks, but lately I put milk powder, oats, and a few scoops of protein powder in a shaker cup, and bring that...add water and shake when I need a snack. Takes me about 1 to 2 minutes to get it ready in the morning.
