E2 in my bloodwork ?

Hey guys,
Noob question, going to do a bloodwork tomorrow, I want to check my oestrogen level. Is E2 (estradiol ? I think?) enough ? How many different kind of oestrogens is it possible to check during a bloodwork and which are usefull to check during cycle ? (preventing gyno).

I will check my prolactine levels too
