I am only 20 years old, have had ED problems literally all of my life. I cant remember the last time I had morning wood. I have tried Extenze, Sustain Alpha, Dermacrine, and none of them have had any effect on my erection quality. Any suggestions ? Im starting to get desperate and I dont think I should have to take viagra at 20 years old.

Definitely see a doctor. That could be caused by many things, some very minor and easy to help/cure, or it could also be a symptom of a very serious problem with your heart or blood pressure. It could also be caused by medications, if you're on any (PARTICULARLY cholesterol or blood pressure pills), and of course any kind of hormone-altering stuff (steroids, some supplements, etc etc) will cause that.

I dont take anything hormonal. But someone mentioned it might be from taking Nitric oxide products like NO explode for the past 4 years with no real breaks. Could that be it?

Go see a doc.

What exactly do I say to the doc? Or how do I make the appointment? Just say I cant get hard I need to see the doc? lol

Yes tell him/her just that. You've always had a lot of trouble getting an erection.

Are you covered by health insurance? If so, first check to see if you can go straight to a specialist or you have to get a referral first from a primary care doc. You need to consult an endocrinologist but you might have to first get that referral. An endo will do a full hormonal panel on you to see what's happening.

I'd just go for a quick physical... Blood pressure, complete blood workup, etc. That should rule out anything serious, and then you can decide whether to say about ED or not. Tell them you came in because you work out, and you want to be sure everything's safe. Maybe say you feel OK, but you haven't seen a doctor lately. That will cause them to look at all the same issues that might cause ED. Also it will tell them you respect your body, and you probably aren't there for free pills, and you probably don't abuse your body. You don't have to say that when making the appointment, or even when the Doc asks why you came in. In fact, if you say ED, they'll just think you want Viagra and maybe you don't even have a problem. You can mention it later, but I'd say not right away. If they say high blood pressure, THEN you can say about ED. Reason is, that blood pressure pills are known to cause ED problems, and they can try different kinds that don't cause that as much or at all.

Actually that's a good advice. If you have insurance, get a blood test first to rule out anything else. Once that is in check, go see a specialist. Just tell him straight that your cawk does not work. Don't worry about it. That's why you're there.

Anti depressants kill your cock.. "anorgasmia"

Let me elaborate on that; to the positive:

Prozac will also cure premature ejaculation! It'll make you last way longer, but of course that means nothing if it isn't up to bat.
