Today its my refeed day and Im eating 500gr of carbs but Im not counting the protein. Im not eating any fat. I've been eating fat free ice cream, skim condensed milk and fat free corn flake with sugar. Im not eating low GI carbs today even during the evening...I want to have a real refeed with high GI carbs ONLY.
Its ok not to count the protein? All the food Im eating today has almost no protein (besides my PW shake)
