During a cutter

I realize that the protein grams still remains high.
The carbs are what need to be regulated.
But what about the fats, do they stay at the same daily intake or do they need to be dropped as well...i'm talking about the good fats of course....and assuming I ate around 7 meals a day at least which ones would need to have the majority of the fats in them?
 
best to keep fat intake low..
in fact, even while bulking.

i watched the cutler dvd and he goes low fat both cutting and bulking.
 
You need to adjust your fat intake according to your carbs. When you raise your carbs, lower your fats. And when you lower your carbs, raise your good fats.

maka, i know this is prolly an individual thing but, for my good fats is it unheard of during a cutter to have something like ANPB with 4 out of 7 meals (2 Tbsp is like 12 or 16g fat pretty sure) or would that be too much fat per meal while cutting?

Anpb 16 grams of fat. I hope that shit is ok for cutting cause I eat that shit all the time to.

I use and recommend natural peanut butter in most of my cutting diets. That and flax oil are staples.
