Decided to give it a go, working with a trainer. Could use some motivation and some new insight. A very close friend that I grew up with is a trainer. We start tomorrow at 5am.

Here's to trying something new. And being fat/old/fat/jnevin.
 
i love the am workout, but 5am? so you're getting up at 4?

Pics at some point, yes. Money - $40 an hour, but that also includes gym membership and he hooks me up with protein and a few other supps. It's my good friend, so all is good there.

5am - that's just for this week since he has other appointments in the morning.

He wrote me up a little nutrition plan too. Nothing I haven't done before, but gives me something to lean on. 14% BF (killmyself), per his caliper test.

I'm so fucking out of shape it was kinda sad. Did some wall squats, front squats, split squats and DLs with that hex bar.

Yep, agreed. Noob gains are always fun.
