Thats about as high as i go ,however a wrist strap comes in handy doing heavy dumbell rows.

100 but they`re the solid hex ones. Cheap bastard I am.

150's, but they FUCKING suck. They have a rubber coating around them which makes them about 3 feet tall each. Not to mention the width. I just use them for rows.Makes no sense to me. Over at the other Gold's I trained at occasionally, they had 160's all steel.

Ours go up to 150.

However, above 100 they increase in ten pound increments; 5-100 in five pound increments, 100-150 in ten pound increments.

I think the yuppie gym I go to have up to 160s or 180s. I'm up to 110 dumbell rows now and Imagine I'll be running the scale by the end of the year...

My gym has 130s, but after the 100s they go up in 10 pound intervals.

I imagine that would be a rather large jump between each set.

100's, but we hook chains up to the dumbs and it adds another 15 lbs to them when we do like incline bench and shit. good stuff

Depends on which gym you're talking about:

One in building where I work (free): 70

One in main building of my organization: 60. I also keep a pair of onlypic handle DBs and good collars there so I have gone up to approximately 120# for shrugs.

One at home (5 feet from computer): 95...just bought 'em on closeout for 20 cents a pound! York hexagonal.
