In terms of wieght, how would you say dumbells stack up against barbells in flat bench for instance. Obviously 100 lb. dumbells (200 lb. total), are much harder to press than 200 on barbell bench. In my experience 100's feel closer to about 225 or so. Sound about right to you guys. Not that it matters all that much, I still use 'em both. Just for my own curiosity.
