Last night I was looking at my ATT Callvantage VOIP account when I decide to compare the pricing plans for adding a second line. I noticed there was a pricing plan $5 cheaper than the one I have now and it seems to have the same features my plan does. I click the link to compare the two plans and I notice IT IS my current plan!
Apparently ATT decreased their rates by $5 but you don't get the new rate unless you choose it even if it's the same freakin plan you're already on. I think that's pretty crappy customer service.
