Last night I was looking at my ATT Callvantage VOIP account when I decide to compare the pricing plans for adding a second line. I noticed there was a pricing plan $5 cheaper than the one I have now and it seems to have the same features my plan does. I click the link to compare the two plans and I notice IT IS my current plan!

Apparently ATT decreased their rates by $5 but you don't get the new rate unless you choose it even if it's the same freakin plan you're already on. I think that's pretty crappy customer service.

Y'all think a brotha be playin when I talk about The Man's conspiracy to keep a brotha down!
 
When I called to cancel my home phone plan they asked if I would be willing to keep it for $15 per month when they were charging me $50 at the time. Fuck qwest goddamn soul stealing pigfucking ass rapists.

standard in the telecommunications industry. it pays to call them every few months and get your plan changed, because those mofos keep you on the higher priced, bare boned, 2 year old plans as long as they can

i called my internet company the other month and had the upgrade my line speed (double) and increase my download limit by 5x...and they reduced my total bill by 10 bucks a month :rolleyes:
