You would be shocked at how drunk you are when you have a bad hangover. I bust people all the time at over .02 who have not had a drink in 8-10 hours. I had a guy last week who was .17 at 7:30am and had stopped drinking at 2am. He even drove a company truck in to work......had to call his wife to get him and tell her he lost his job, and she had to leave her job as a school teacher. He had been at a bachelor party...... she was not a happy camper! She got out of the car yelling at him and this was at a construction company with all the guys standing around laughing and yelling "Slap that cunt Charlie!"

A friend of mine is a cop, we went out the night before and stopped drinking at close (2:00 AM.) I registered a .02 at 4:00 PM....he called it...

I hate going to work hungover, don't you feel like even though you have showered and brushed the teeth that everyone can still smell the booze on you? The bloodshot eyes....I have allergies so I blame it on that. I just know they know I am so lying.

When I was drinking I just wouldn't do it! I lost a few jobs by not showing up so many times but it is better than being labeled a drunk. (Of course I WAS a drunk, which is why I was so fearful of being labeled one!) It was interesting to cross the line at night and know I couldn't make it to work the next day....it was game on then!

oh and i work high end corporate security gigs.

before i knew it 9am was there and then the hang over hit,fuck me it sucked,made a long day

i dont get sick days,im put up in a hotel,not near home working 7 days a week, plus the job isnt hard enough you cant go in cut. it happens alot we are just told brush teeth,mouth wash,chew gum,and have fun
