Like I keep saying, we seem to accept the natural variations in beauty, intelligence, and athletic abilities, like being faster or better hand eye co-ordination, but not in the natural variations that some people can build muscle much easier than others.
Some people also seem to have more of a drive, and remain more consistent when it comes to things like training and diet.
I do think that the media and culture of where you are has an impact on it, and the new documentary Bigger, Faster, Stronger addresses this.
