okay, having dropped from 230 to 210, i'd like to lose about twenty more pounds while keeping or magically gaining strength in the process. aside from anabolics, any advice?
 
Yes my friend, get body fat percentage checked to find out what you can loose realistically and lift weights and clean up diet and see what happens. If your bodyfat comes in real low you won't be able to loose weight and gain in strength.
