Drop Sets What Do U Think

HERE LATELY I HAVE BEEN PUTTING DROP SETS IN WITH MY WORKOUT FOR EXAMPLE:
BICEP WORKOUT
D.B CURLS 4 SETS
E-Z BAR CURLS 4 SETS
PREACHER CURLS MACHINE 1 SET 20
3 SET DROP SET
EACH SET TO FAILURE

BACK WORKOUT
DEADLIFTS 5 SETS
FRONT PULLDOWNS 1 SET 20 THEN 3 SET DROP SET EACH SET TO FAILURE
CABLE ROWS SAME AS ABOVE
FRONT PULLDOWNS REVERS GRIP SAME AS ABOVE

WHAT DO U GUYS THINK GOING TO TRY FOR NEXT SIX WEEKS ILL LET U KNOW THE RESULTS
 
Drop sets are amazing!!! I swear by them to shock the ole muscles everly couple of weeks, especially when i'm geared!!!!

They work awesome on your traps, biceps/triceps, and chest.

I find that they are really hard for you back and legs. WAY too exhausting.

I love drop sets. I always do them for the 4th set of almost every excercise. I do them until complete failure and love the burning sensation they leave in your muscles.
 
I don't use them all the time, but I do pretty often and they're great for a pretty brutal burn. I just hate when you're at the end of your drop set doing light ass weight, struggling and groaning, and thats when the gym hottie walks in. :rolleyes:
