Hey guys. I was sitting in one of my boring classes today, and decided that I need to do something about my BF% pronto. I am an Iowa college student, and was just thinking about the sweet Bowl Game that our Hawks will be going to. Okay, all of that is beside the point. I would really like to drop as much fat as I can before I leave to a nice sunny beach!!! I am not concerned with loosing muscle. I would just like to be nice and lean as soon as possible. My current stats are 6'1'', 210 lbs, and around 13% BF. I have some DNP on hand, but am very skeptical on using it. I appreciate all that can give me some quality replies. Thanks bros.
