Alright, I'm in Austin and we had a little rain. Why is it that people can't drive for shit in rain. I have these bastards doing 30mph on the highway just because its sprinkleing or pulling over because their to scared to drive. Can someone please tell me what the fuck is so hard about driving in rain. I mainly speak of Austin drivers, I don't know how it is around the world.
