Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Hey i got busted for driving on a restricted lic. im in va what is going to happen? all i was doing was driving around the block at like 9pm and the F**** cop next door pulled me over. I told him i had just did a repair on my car and was checking it out. Well he wrote the ticket anyways. what should i do or expect?

I don't think it's going to be that easy. You're liklely going to have to appear in court and explain why you were violating the terms of your restricted privileges. Plead your case and explain your hardship, maybe the judge will buy it. If not, expect the judge to pull your restricted license and get used to taking a cab to work.
