Drinking pop / soda while on

Lol, I drank Crystal Light for 3-4 weeks one time and it turned my bowel movements neon green.

I'm not making that up. Nothing in my diet had changed and I was not using any supplements.

I quit taking it because of that. It was too odd when I'd get up occasionally only to look down and see something that looked like it came from Krypton.

I gave up pop a long time ago in High School when I read somewhere that Dr. Pepper eats your muscle. I have no idea if it's true.... but it brainwashed my young mind.

I avoid carbonated fluids.
I recently started to drink lots of iced tea. It has really helped keep me hydrated.
Damn Tren induced swamp ass sweat was leaving me severely dehydrated. I feel much better now, except I still have the swamp ass. 10 more days and I'm off cycle.

Sugar-full Soda is by far the most fattening shit on Earth. I really like this stuff called Orangina-it's a Canadian/French citrus carbonated beverage that's made with citrus juice. It's still fattening. but has lower cals than most soda and has a bunch of Vitamin C. I get it at Trailer Hos... I mean Trader Joe's. lol Otherwise I like Pepsi One. You Crystal Lite guys should try Tropicana's Sugar Free lemonade and orangeade. Good shit Maynard!!!

The sugar free crystal light kicks ass. It makes drinking enough water so easy. Like 10 of the individual packets for your water bottles is like $1.00 at Wal-Mart.
